It's not a very big gym but have everything you need to get it done. Very clean, the owner is there most days. Equipment downtime is minimal when there's an issue. And their prices are competitive to big box gyms. They have plenty of 35lb plates which a lot of gyms don't have. No Kg plates but that's fine for me. They don't have super hardcore lifting equipment (pro squat racks) but it's a good mix between free weights and machines while about half the machines use plates. They have HIIT classes if you're interested in that.

The auburndale gym called them for me and fixed whatever the issue was. Great customer service. The gym itself appears to be well taken care of. Everything seems to be clean and managed properly. I've been to a few places that just let everything get ran down. The only thing I wish they had that they don't is rowing machines. Not seated rows, but an actual rower. I usually go around 12-3 range and it's not very busy during this time. It's definitely a good place to go for an easy hassle free workout. And how can you beat $10 a month?

I have walker due to injury to my back and leg. So getting around is difficult for me but want to work out to get better. Doctor says this will help a little at a time but falling and no help except for trainer at over 200 a month which I refuse to pay. My daughter was very specific about what she needed from this gym. It was to train for dance after having knee surgery. Imagine driving 30 minutes to get to Just Move to be told you have to wear shoes after dancing there a month in socks. There solution is to wear ballet shoes. Same material as socks. She has to train post surgery the same way she did before surgery. She doesn't wear shoes. What a big waste of money this turned out to be but they got the $100 cancellation fee plus a whole month paid since they require a 30 day notice. She will not go one day in that month.
