So, the thing that stands out about this particular beauty supply store so the customer service! The employees are always welcoming and very helpful as well as the owner. I had a problem with some hair I purchased and they were very helpful and listened while I vented even though it was definitely not their fault LOLOL They have all kinds of jewelry, hair oils, make up.... anything you can think of including black soaps and raw shea butter.i don't live in the area but this is my usual go to when I come to south Jersey. Bought a pack of human hair. My beautician opened the package and we discovered that I purchased…read morethe wrong color. Went to the store within their seven day return/exchange policy to exchange or get a store credit. Before I could ask for the exchange or credit the cashier bluntly stated "we can't accept that because it was opened". Their return policy on the receipt states "product must be in original condition and package (With all tags attached) for returns/exchanges."' No where does it states that the packages couldn't be opened. Exactly how are you to know if the product is correct if you don't open the package. I'm not a beautician and clearly this was my error. However, the product was not used and we put in it right back in the original package with all of the tags. Wasn't worth arguing with her about it. They just lost a customer that's all.
