I was looking forward to buying Fenty products but right when I walked in, nobody greeted us or asked if I needed anything. As I keeping looking for products in obviously need of help, no one still didn't care to see if I needed guidance. Instead they were just up on the register gossiping! I didn't catch names but it was a middle-aged woman with dark hair & an old man. Then right when I go to get ringed for my makeup, the old man says "I didn't know makeup cost this much! That's a lot". That comment made me uncomfortable and he proceeded to talk about how it costs too much. I just wanted to treat myself to new products and I felt judged for it. I was so excited going into Sephora and I left feeling very annoyed. Don't recommend this Sephora at all !!

I later into the appointment found out her name is Diane, and that she is one of the owners. Nina, my Hairdresser, also told me how amazing she is and how much she enjoys working there. That makes for an amazing work environment and happy employees; which is exactly what I witnessed in my day spent there getting my major hair transformation. I entered looking like Cousin IT, and left feeling like a Victoria's Secret Angel struttin' down the runway. Nina gave me the Victoria's Secret model hair of my dreams! I hadn't had my hair cut or colored in 6 years due to moving away and being terrified to let anyone else touch my mane of hair! Nina had been the last/only person I had entrusted my tresses to since finding her on social media a few years prior. I am a perfectionist and obsess over everything- the moment I met her and she basically introduced herself saying those exact words- I knew it was a match made in the hair heavens. The girl knows what she's doing and then some! I finally moved back to the area ( I drive 65 miles each way Just for her! ) and it was time to let her work her magic. A-B-R-A-C-A-D-A-B-R-A-!-!-! The big reveal...I didn't know if I should laugh, cry, hug her or propose... I was just so overwhelmed with emotions and disbelief of what I was seeing...hair that beat my expectations a million times over. Tell me the last time that happened to you...( I'm gonna guess NEVER!!!) I had SUPER THICK, curly, crazy, booty length VIRGIN hair when I sat in her chair - I left with blonde balayage/ babylights and about a foot of length cut off. There's so many tones of blonde and hints of lilac/violet that I just can't capture all the hues and tones in the bazillion pictures I've taken since. Look at the pictures for yourself- there's #NOFILTER needed. Only pure talent and magic at the hands of Ms. Nina Clark The Hair Goddess. She isn't about rushing customers in and out- her goal is getting it right and making sure it's what you want and that you're happy. She's truly an amazing stylist/colorist and all around person. I walked out of the salon like I was walking on air; or maybe that was just all the volume from the fabulous blow out lifting me up to the heavens. It's been two weeks and I am still looking in every mirror and reflective object I pass to catch a glimpse of my hair. What more proof do you need? I could praise her all day- but, these pictures are all you need to know you're making the right choice when you sit in her chair. Ya'll can thank me after your appointment.
