I've driven by this place so many times and always thought that it's for you to do-it-yourself. Well, it is DIY framing, meaning they can prep the materials for you to do the work which can save about $26 for the labour. But I was told that 95% of people do not go with the DIY approach and leave it up to the experts. What I liked about this place was the great service I received from Jan - she was fantastic! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. She provided her perspective to help guide my selections because as I learned, there's a lot of choices! She provided the best options out there for my style and budget. She even provided ways to reduce the cost of the framing. It was a great shopping experience and within a week, I was able to pick up the finished piece. And yes, I did end up spending a good amount on the framing but it was for a large art piece and it was well worth it. Truly great service goes a long way. And everyone else in the shop was great to deal with as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back here for the next piece I need framing. Parking is available in the back.

The salesperson spent a good amount of time looking at the item we wanted to frame and offered up lots of choices and options. It's pricey to do custom framing but it was in the range of all other custom framing places I obtained estimates from. While I think she provided us with alternate options like plaque mounts, which we didn't want though would have been less expensive than a frame. Of the frame options, they were still beyond what we wanted to spend. We didn't end up framing here because we thought it was too pricey and wanted to look elsewhere.
