This was only…read morethe second bridal boutique I had ever been to, and I had actually been to my first one earlier that same day. The staff there was incredibly kind and I had a good experience, but it was a more typical, shared bridal boutique setup where other brides and families could see dress reveals and hear each other's conversations. My belongings stayed on the floor of my changing area, and I got myself into each gown before the stylist came back in to get me fully fastened. I thought nothing of it because it was my first time wedding dress shopping and assumed that was just how it worked! Then we walked into Ladies of Lineage and I immediately realized how different the experience could be. The boutique itself makes you WOW at how beautiful it is! It feels elevated and luxurious while still being incredibly warm and welcoming. Elizabeth greeted my mom, sister, and me with champagne, then sat down with us to get to know me, my wedding, what I thought I wanted, and what we were comfortable spending. She gave us a tour of the gorgeous showroom and then pulled dresses for me based on everything we had discussed. We had our own beautiful glass-enclosed bridal suite with a couch for my mom and sister, a huge mirror, a curtained changing area, and even drawers for my clothes, shoes, purse, etc. Elizabeth personally helped me in AND out of every gown while my mom and sister got to relax with their champagne and wait for each exciting reveal. It felt so private and intimate, like those moments belonged to just the three of us. Elizabeth immediately made me feel comfortable and was SO easy to talk to. She was also the BEST hype girl ever!!! By the end I basically wanted her to be my new BFF and literally invited her to my wedding There were so many gorgeous dresses in the price range we discussed, and I really appreciated that Elizabeth respected it. She never pressured us to spend more or pulled dresses I couldn't realistically say yes to. The first dress was more in line with what I thought I wanted, but dress #2 was Elizabeth's wild card...and THAT became my wedding dress!!! I was immediately obsessed. I tried on one more just to be sure, but all I wanted was #2 back on, so I knew there was no reason to keep trying! Once I found THE dress, Elizabeth helped me create the entire look. She somehow pulled my hair into the most perfect bun in about 30 seconds, and I was so impressed I asked if she could do my wedding hair too When I asked about jewelry, she immediately found the perfect necklace and earrings, then helped me find my perfect veil. I bought the whole look!!! When I officially said YES, she celebrated right alongside us, took my "Down with the Gown" pictures, and had me sign the champagne cork. She made an already huge moment feel even more special! The care continued after my appointment too. Elizabeth mailed me the sweetest handwritten note welcoming me to the Ladies of Lineage family, and they later personally invited me to an exclusive event to meet Sassi Holford, the designer of my wedding gown, while she was visiting from London! I unfortunately couldn't attend, but being thought of and invited as one of their Sassi brides meant so much. I walked into Ladies of Lineage hoping to find my wedding dress and left having had the bridal experience I didn't even know existed. It was the first time I really felt like a BRIDE, and it's a memory my mom, sister, and I will always have together! I'm completely obsessed with my dress and cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!!! If you're wedding dress shopping in Charlotte, do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere but Ladies of Lineage!!! After 3 visits to this store (indecisive self), I decided to finally say Yes to the Dress!!!! Each time from the first time I walked into the building it was clean, smiles on faces, everyone eager to help, variety of dresses, veils, tuxes etc, smelled good in there, and everyone was so nice and kind and helpful! I felt at home! Leila was thee best!!! She was knowledgeable, patient, very funny, energetic, helpful, kind and made me feel beautiful in every dress. I was also able to order the dress I tried on brand new (I had the option to buy the one off the rack, but since I am getting married in October I did not feel pressured to take that one home right away.) She did the same runaround - never called, never texted. I had to try again for weeks to get ahold of her. Finally, we talked and set a new date to pickup my dress. The day comes around and she said she couldn't get a flight back to Charlotte and was back home in Nashville. We set a new date - yet again - and she stands me up AGAIN. Claims her "store was broken into and she was too emotional to stay and needed to reschedule." Her store is on the second floor with a locked elevator bank?? Now it has been 3 different times she has stood me up. We scheduled yet another appointment and she - AGAIN - stands me up saying she got into a car accident. A few days later she drops off my dress to my alterations store with a promise to refund me (unfortunately, I paid in cash). I have followed up with her for the refund since July and still nothing. Every time I text her she gives me yet another lie as to why she can't refund me just yet (paypal is down, her credit machine isn't working, etc.). This is the most horrible store and person on earth. Buying your dress is supposed to be one of the best experiences while wedding planning and she made it the most stressful.

I went to the Charlotte location in NC, and my goodness, the place was amazing. It was a dream spot for everything luxury. From the moment I stepped in the store, I was greeted with a smile, a form to fill out, and some champagne (and water for my younger sisters). All of the staff there were friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable about their inventory and what could be done to change things if I had any special requests. Everything from dresses, to veils, to head pieces and jewelry, this place had it ALL. The material of the dresses range from lace, to satin silk, and everything in between, there's no way you could not find a dress you'll fall in love with. They have this amazing refer a friend program, and if you do buy your dress please mention my name Jessica Sabourin! It would really mean a lot to me if I had some girls who read this review to mention my name for the referral program they have, it will help me and my mother big time. I ended up buying my dress the same day because I had my "bridal moment" after only an hour and a half of being in the store - and it was my 2nd shopping experience! I had an amazingly easy experience at Winnie. I had never been gown shopping before, and had no idea what to expect. This was my first stop, and my last, because an hour and half later I found the perfect dress. Hayley Perry was very patient with me, super sweet, and so nice to work with. I would recommend her to everyone. She also wrote me a very thoughtful hand-written thank you note. Who does that anymore? This place has some of the best customer service I have ever had, and I have worked in customer service for years. I feel like I made a friend! I hadn't gone to any other places because I read all the 5 star reviews, and decided to give it a shot. I am so happy I decided to to come here first. What a seemingly difficult process, made so easy and fun. I am so excited about my dress and so happy I was able to finish this process in under 2 hours. Winnie Couture in Charlotte was absolutely amazing! They were friendly and informative right from the first phone call to set up an appointment. You can browse all their dresses online before the appointment and add them to your virtual closet. Your consultant will have them pulled, along with other suggestions to try. The girls there were knowledgeable and extremely attentive to make sure you have a great experience and get exactly what you're looking for to match your style and venue. You can select the fabric, colors and customization to make the dress your own. Lindsay goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you're looking for. They do not do on site alterations, but recommend someone familiar with their dresses. They only carry the Winnie line and all the dresses had an extra touch to make them unique. The one I selected is unlike any other I've seen! They provide an upscale, fun and memorable experience! read more

Winnie Couture is by far the best bridal salon in Charlotte. I went in yesterday and found my dream dress thanks to Amber who in about 2 minutes became a friend more than a consultant. I went in totally discouraged after searching all over Charlotte to find "the one". I told her I was lost and she just knew exactly what to do. I can't even begin to describe the atmosphere of the salon. This place is breathtaking and nothing like any of the other bridal salons in Charlotte. Another thing I found to be so different and cool from all the rest is their website. When you make your appointment you can go on their website and browse their dresses to add to "my closet". When you get there, everything you have added to "my closet" will be hanging and waiting for you to try on. This is service like no other. It doesn't get any better than Winnie. I was at first worried that the word 'couture' was out of my price range, but once I put on *THE* dress, there was no going back. Amber personally worked miracles on her end with my limited budget to get me into the designer couture gown that I fell in love with. I didn't feel pressured or rushed into anything I didn't want, I only ever felt comfortable and like I was around friends that wanted me to look and feel my best for my wedding day. While the corsets and bras are built in, it helps the budget and the shape of the dress, nothing I've ever seen in any other wedding dress. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience I had at this bridal salon. If you want the "the Kleinfeld experience," you should try for the Winnie experience instead. I will 100% recommend this store to any bride looking for their dream dress, there is NO comparison. read more

I had the absolute best experience at Winnie. I was dreading looking for my dress because I was afraid there wouldn't be anything exactly how I wanted it to be. I had found a dress that I loved at a different store, but I had to add to it to create the dress I liked. At the urging of my future mother in law, we looked in Winnie and I am so happy we did. Our consultant was Amber, and she took the time to get to know my taste and I felt like we had known each other forever. She picked the perfect dress for my Disney Little Mermaid themed wedding. I did not feel pressured at all to buy it, but ended up buying it because I couldn't imagine another dress that I would like nearly as much! When I arrived, I was greeted kindly, and after a brief overview, my stylist and I proceeded with the wedding dresses. Long story short, I had a great time at Winnie Couture with my stylist for an hour and a half. I wish I had come here first on my dress shopping journey because it was such a nice, no-pressure place to shop in, and I felt entirely encouraged to keep trying on wedding dresses without feeling like I had a time limit or a limit to the number of dresses that were being pulled for me. In such a short period of time, I was able to explore numerous styles, fabrics, detailing, and so on, and my stylist was great throughout. I can't say enough wonderful things about this store! My experience with Winnie Couture was exceptional. The shop itself is incredibly stunning, the kind of place where you fantasize about trying on dresses. My stylist was wonderful as she asked me good questions about how I imagine my day and my dress and even had me take a pause in the middle to make sure I wasn't feeling exhausted or rushed. The best part was seeing the dresses themselves. All of the gowns at the store were of good quality and stunning. I loved Winnie Couture. I saw them at the bridal show. They were having a sample sale, so I made appointment. Went in with just the intention to browse and find my style, as I am about 13 months away from my wedding date. I found a dress that I loved( second dress that I tried on). Amber was who helped me that day. She was great!! This was my first time ever trying on dresses. She figured out my style really quick and picked out some great dresses for me to try on. I went in on a Sunday not expecting to find my dress I had already went to another bridal shop in charlotte and none of the dresses made me feel like a bride I came in was greeted the ladies in the shop were so nice they had me walk around and kind of look at dresses I wanted to try on I tried on a couple and we narrowed it down to 2 dresses I could not decide between the two and the ladies decided to bring a 3rd dress that kind of put the other 2 together the ladies added a veil and a bouquet and I instantly felt like a bride I loved how helpful they were and how they listened to everything I said and made it about me I would definitely recommend coming here best customer service and so many beautiful dresses read more

Only sad I can't give one-hundred-million stars. Hayley, my bridal consultant is QUEEN! From the second we walked in the door, through multiple appointments and then finally settling on the most beautiful dress, everything was amazing. I read somewhere that a good bridal consultant can size you & your style up the second they see you & Hayley did just that. The first dress she picked for me was the home I went home with -- even though I took the time to try others on & even visited other boutiques in multiple towns, I couldn't get that first one out of my head & I wouldn't have it any other way. I had a great experience at Winnie Couture. The stylists at Winnie are very friendly and really make you feel special when you walk in. Tayler was my stylist and she really went out of her way to help me find the perfect dress. The dresses in the store are very unique and really stand out from other dresses I've seen. I found my dream dress right away but was hesitant to buy the dress because this was the first bridal shop I had visited. If I had a million stars to give, this place would get them all! I highly recommend this place - it's an amazing, very personal experience. Everyone was so nice, especially my stylist, who was the absolute sweetest! I don't know how should I start this review but I am just glad to have found this gem! Winnie Couture is simply fantastic! I've gone to a lot of bridal boutiques and Winnie Couture wins out every time! My stylist was really friendly and gave me with excellent service. To be honest, I can't think of anything negative to say about my experience as it was very simple to say YES to my dress here! They seem to have been able to make my visit so interesting and enjoyable rather than stressful, as I had anticipated. I visited Winnie couture at my coworker's recommendation, and it was the best thing I've ever done. They offer a wide range of stunning wedding dress. My bridal stylist was a pleasure to work with; she was friendly, approachable, and entertaining. I described my ideal feature of the gown and gave her a list of the wedding dresses I wanted to try on one-by-one. She then she took it and also instructed me to point out the ones I loved or were considering. My experience with Winnie Couture was wonderful and entertaining! My colleague bought her dress from here, and I like it! I would be heartbroken if my dress did not come from here! My stylist was really nice, and the place is fantastic. I had an awesome day, and thanks to my wedding stylist, I felt like a goddess the entire time. My stylist managed us with ease and provided everyone a feeling of exclusiveness. The dressing rooms are pretty spacious, and I like that I was not restricted in the quantity of wedding dresses I could try on. Thank you, Winnie Couture, for making my day so special! After trying on what felt like a thousand dresses at multiple boutiques without feeling impressed by a single one, my mom and I decided to visit Winnie Couture. There, we were met with our stylist who was incredibly attentive and responsive to my requests. She efficiently helped me in and out of gowns and maintained a genuinely positive attitude throughout the whole process. Had an amazing experience at Winnie Couture! The bridal shop is beautiful with a well-done layout that gave me a sense of comfort and relaxation. My group had a private section with comfortable seating next to my changing room. And with the champagne flowing (we went through four bottles!), it added to the luxurious and celebratory vibe. My stylist was incredible and knew exactly what I was looking for. Her expertise and knowledge of the gowns made me feel confident in my choice. I had the best time looking for my dress at Winnie Couture! I visited at least ten bridal stores in search of the perfect gown but was unsuccessful. When I eventually made it to Winnie Couture, they went out of their way to make sure I received precisely what I needed. When I couldn't find the ideal dress off the rack, my stylist assisted me in customizing one to match all of my requirements. She was incredibly polite and professional, and she made it such a simple and enjoyable process! As a plus size bride I was nervous that I would feel as an afterthought or that I would have to settle for something that fits at least. My experience was nothing like that. The salon was beautifully decorated and they even had mimosas and petite bite sized desserts displayed on a cute cart for us. Hannah, the owner has a great personality and was very hands on. She worked patiently with me and allowed me to take as much time as I wanted to take pictures and call people and ask questions. My original wedding date was shifted twice during the pandemic and with all the extra time I started second guessing my dress. On the hunt I went for another one and I ultimately came back to Ever's because of the customer service experience and Hannah. The staff are all so sweet and there's NO PRESSURE. Things were different this time because of COVID so masks are required and instead of sandwiches and treats there was mimosas and water. I had a terrible experience with another local salon and I couldn't even get them to return my calls for over a year to schedule an appointment. When I wrote a review about them they suddenly emailed me back apologizing. Too late. I called Ever's to ask a question about my dress and not only did she promptly return my call but informed me about a trunk show happening this weekend. Today I purchased two additional dresses off the rack and don't regret it not one bit. They're having them cleaned and I'll pick them up next month. So now I have three wedding dresses for an incredible price and will refer everyone I know here. If you're a bride looking for affordable wedding gowns in an affirming bridal salon, Ever's is your one stop shop! Now to figure out where to hide them from my fiancée lol.

Everyone knew I was going on an extended vacation. I bought multiple items and tried to return one dress when I return from vacation. Never worn and tags still on. They would not let me return it even for a store credit. I will never shop there again and I do not recommend anyone shop where customer service is so poor.

I think the owner was there when I visited and she greeted us warmly, offering to answer any questions we might have. I was there to look and see what was available. She carries brands like Cosabella, Hanky Panky, and Chantelle in terms of lingerie. Pricing is comparable to what I've seen in Nordstrom's, only she offers a few different styles and colors that I've not seen in department stores. I didn't purchase anything this trip, but I'd come back again if I was looking for something specific.
