We found all of those things at WPC and became official members a year later. This is a church that inspires us to action and has given us ways to teach our kids about helping the homeless, hungry, and lonely in the north shore. The focus isn't so much on the church as a building, but as a group of people who can make a difference. During quarantine, the weekly service has been broadcast on Vimeo so our family still has a routine each week for some spiritual reflection together.

There are incredible programs for youth and quite frankly for any and every age beyond as well. The music program is vibrant! The congregation is amazingly charitable. The services are well attended and quite meaningful. I attended a wedding of a dear friend in this little charmer and the hubs and I were impressed at the word go. The church itself is tucked away in the neighborhood barely distinguishable from the perfectly manicured mansions on either side. It is, however, the oldest non-denominational church in the United States. This little tidbit served my pals well as one was Catholic and the other was...not.
