Winners at 45 Red Maple Road Richmond Hill ON 7pm I always love shopping at Winner and this is the first time shopping at this location and would never come back again. My 11yrs was quietly reading by himself at a display chair which I see other people sitting around as well. A senior female staff at the jewelry department yelling out loud from across the counter gave mean and rude comments telling him to stand up and go away as he and another child was ruining the display chair. My son got scared and started sobbing and crying. If he is not allowed to sit there, he is old enough to understand you. You can just talk to him instead of yelling and harassing him loudly in front of the public. Employees should not interact with children in a way that is humiliating, shaming or frightening. This is totally unacceptable behaviour and I hope the head office will take this feedback seriously. My son saw a woman sitting at the same spot before him and the lady didn't say anything to her. Why pick a kid to be shame on just because he is a child and looks weaker? Her attitude is totally inappropriate and disrespectful. read more

Wanted to look for kitchen items but due to the current renovations, I don't think there are as many things. Some seasonal items for Easter. I didn't end up buying as I didn't find the kind of mug that I was looking for. Usually Winners price is good, just have to wait for them to stock more items. read more

Winners - Pillow - Women's Clothing Near Me - Richmond Hill, Ontario

This Winners has been around for at least a decade, I reckon. I have visited this store a number of times over the years. Last Saturday, I was meeting up with a friend and she needed a Winners store. We agreed to meet here, which is close to the movie theatre where we were headed to afterwards. There is plenty of parking in this area with various box stores. I never have a problem finding a parking spot. I walked in. It looked the same as I remembered it. It's a bit shabby compared to other Winners, but it works. I liked the selection of size 11 women's shoes. There were even size 11.5 shoes, which was impressive. I saw a pair of UGG sandals with fur on the backstrap. Wow! And, no, I did not get them, even though they were in my size. My friend made it and found me in said shoe section. She needed to use the washroom. Here's my gripe. This store is so old that there is only one public washroom for both men and women. Customers apparently don't realize that. My friend had to tell the woman going in after her that there is only one stall. My tip is to plan ahead if you want to use the washroom. My friend waited for seven minutes. As far as selection goes, it depends on what you are looking for. This store does not carry any Kipling handbags. However, I liked the rose gold skull ring for my phone. The cell phone accessories section is decent. My friend got a new phone case for her iPhone 6. The snacks and candy areas are perfect for me. I got sugar-free mints in both pomegranate and mint flavours. I brought the former flavour into work and these mints were a hit! I also found a Roomba vacuum at this store. It's a first for me! Lining up to pay for my items on a Saturday afternoon wasn't bad. I was probably there for two minutes, paid, and left. I had a friendly staff member who helped me with cashing me out. Worthy of one star. FILTHY WASHROOM, slim selection of kitchenware and clothing was like out of someone's garage sale. Bought a coffee mug. Lineup moved slower than molasses except for one on the ball woman. Avoid, nothing to see here! read more

This Winners location is disappointingly small. Nothing much to look at! I was looking for a suitcase and the selection was pathetic. Always have a long line to cash out... The location at Woodbine and 7 is a better choice!! read more

Unlike Jennifer's experience with lady's clothing, I was able to find something here I cannot usually not find in Winner's or other non-specialized Canadian stores: XXL size shirts. Not a big selection but they did have one I liked, which I wound up purchasing. I do have to add the checker was quite rude. I was a little drowsy and did not realize the card machine did not have a chip reader, so she felt she needed to repeat the instructions in a rather loud was as if talking to a child.
