I often leave the store with a few more outfits than I planned to buy because there are just so many flattering pieces that I can't choose. This Old Navy, located in the mall on Lansdowne, is a nice spacious store with good selection. Just…read morelast night I purchased a couple pairs of yoga pants, as they were the wrong size I returned them today. I find the staff helpful here. There was a price difference between the pants even though they were almost the same style, so the teller called his manager just to verify why. She explained to me that these ones weren't on sale like the other ones were and there had been no price changes so there couldn' t have been a switch in the sale overnight. I really appreciated having that explained to me that way and I knew I wasn't being sold short. I appreciate having everything explained to me in detail, this is good customer service.
