The man who was doing my return looks at me, opens the other 2 packages of yeast and says "I don't see any dead bugs. It was probably from the flour you used." I then politely informed him I had NOT even opened my flour yet and the yeast was poured into the water to activate. So therefor it most certainly came from the yeast package. ALSO, they had 2 yeast jars on their shelf that EXPIRED IN 2018!!!!!!! And the other 2 expired in Feb of this year!!! I took them to the front before purchasing the in date yeast package that I returned. I did not like the fact I felt like he was calling me a liar especially in front of my daughter. If you're visiting the Lake Martin area, and are in need of some wine, slip by Emporium Wine. Henry does a great job of having some of the more popular labels, plus a couple that you might like to try after his recommendations. He also keeps lots of good beer on hand that you won't find in the corner grocery, plus cigars. I don't smoke them but those who do tell me it's a good selection. Henry also has some paintings and framed photography from some local artists. He's located downtown in a beautiful old refurbished building. Worth a stop, especially if you are coming to the lake from Birmingham. Downtown is not far from 280, so it won't take you long.
