Other cones I had ordered in the past from different DQ restaurants had dense, heavy ice cream. This cone felt almost weightless, like it was filled with shaving cream. When I tasted it, there simply was not much flavor. It felt moderately cool/cold and had a tiny touch of sweetness. That was it. It felt like cool marshmallow shaving cream in my mouth. Honestly, worst DQ cone I have ever had. I will say the cone itself was fresh and crunchy. I dumped off the ice cream at the top and ate the cone top section. Then I decided to put the remainder of the ice cream cone in my car cupholder just to see what would happen. After 30 minutes, there was no dripping, no leakage, no melting whatsoever of the ice cream. It was still a cool shaving cream consistency. I pulled the cone away from the ice cream to expose it more and let it sit for an additional 15 minutes. Nothing. No melting, no dripping. The second photo included with this review is of the ice cream cone being turned upside after 45 minutes. If you want some cold, fluffy tasting stuff definitely give this DQ a shot but if you want real rich, dense tasting DQ ice cream try Oxford or Pell city.

The lady who was in line ahead of me asked him a question and he never responded, he was too busy talking about his workout routine. When I walked up to the register he was still on the phone! Talking about how much work he was doing to get back in shape and how ripped his stomach was getting. He was not customer conscious at all. I paid for gas on pump #3. This pump did not work. I had to go back in and ask for my payment to be moved to the pump directly behind me... he was still on the phone!! I had to go in again to ask this young man to turn on the pump. After he still couldn't figure out why he couldn't find my previous payment so he could transfer it to a working pump , I had to remind the young man that I had initially purchased gas and a pop. This information helped him to figure out his life and reset the pump so I could finally get gas. While this was not a life tragedy I'm writing this review hoping that management will see it and offer more customer service training to this employee. He was a nice person however, he needs to work on his customer service skills. You never know who is going to come into your business.
