Her abrasive tone made me so uncomfortable I almost walked out upon entering. She proceeded to stand at the very front of the store and told each customer who came in after me the same speech, each time stating the allotted time period before 9 pm. It's unfortunate how one staff member can make for such an unpleasant experience.
