EXCEPT the often imitated but NEVER duplicated, 7-Eleven Slurpee. This place doesn't do them better than other Sevs, but it does them better (IMHO) than any other convenient store chain throughout Canada and the US. (US Slurpees are messed up... it's disappointing if you grew up with 7-Eleven your whole life. ) - This particular 7-Eleven doesn't have a gas station. - This particular 7-Eleven is kind of hard to get to if you are going East bound on Kensington/Memorial/Parkdale... whatever the street is at the awkward triple intersection of street name changey-ness. - This particular 7-Eleven often has particularly surly staff... to me, anyway. I've heard that I just need to know who they are and how to treat them, but my mostly positive, enthusiastic demeanour has been greeted with nothing but a scowl and the amount I need to pay them for what ever beverage/junk food purchase I'm making. - This particular 7-Eleven is right next door to PIZZA BOBS!
