I loved that; sometimes it really feels like plug and chug with some physicians; and I understand, they are being spread thin. However; here, with my physician, I was given adequate time to explain myself, and my needs and then responded. This is really how medicine is suppose to be practiced, I swear. Bottom Line: I am going back! WOOO!!!!

He tried to dispute it, but they didn't want to listen to anything. He left the clinic for good. I was not smart enough to listen to him. After 12 years of being their loyal patient and even bringing my mom and kids there, I scheduled a wellness exam for my daughter with a first available medical doctor since we were overdue to wait for our primary doctor. The doctor was talking about allergies and other issues, even though I didn't ask him or want to go on and on about it and had to tell him multiple times that we know how to deal with that. Park Nicollet double charged me for a wellness and an office visit. After I tried to dispute this unfair charge, they turned me around. Very disappointed. I am leaving the clinic together with my family members. Hopefully you are happy with my $226 bill, because it will be my last one for you!
