Great service at this location today! A young guy around noon helped us. ( it was busy and yet still a great cx service experience ) we ordered Jalapeño poppers which we received fast and tasted great ! Great to see the WingsUp cx service isn't as bad as the Kitchener location. Definitely recommend going to this location before the Kitchener one. Worth the drive for better service 100% read more

The wings are delicious. The service however needs some work. I waited 35 mins for my food. I could hear an employee reprimanding another employee for offering customers multiple sauce choices on a busy night. The person taking my order needed to be told multiple times the details of my order. And it was expensive. I'll go back but I'll be sure to order over the phone and go 20 mins later than when they tell you to come. read more

I love this place,,,they have the biggest wings ever (yes size does matter).. Battered, not battered.....so many different options as well for the sauce. I ordered wings, fries and onion rings and they were delivered in less than half an hour...all were nice and warm as well. For price, its on par with other places, but i feel you get so much more food for your money. read more

Wings were good, a little messy but it may have been because it was delivery and they sat in the sauce. Pretty expensive compared to other places considering we had an app and two pounds of wings. ($50-60ish). The most frustrating thing was delivery driver had no small bills to make change. Only had 50's and 20's which don't do much help when you need $15 back. More thought should be had if folks are paying with cash on delivery orders. read more

WingsUp is seriously my favorite place to eat. I was so excited when they brought one here to Cambridge. If you don't like a lot of sauce on your wings then it's probably not for you, though...they can be pretty wet. But IMO, best wings ever. read more

I usually don't write reviews but this place is truly a hidden gem in the west ... I wish we had wings up in Durham region .One of the best wings in GTA. Sandwich's and wings were so fresh and juicy. My husband is vegetarian n I am glad they had so many veggie options. The staff was very friendly n pleasant. Our food was served nice n hot . I will definitely recommend wings up cambridge if you are craving some yummicilous quality comfort food !! read more

Okay so I ordered 17 wings a few days ago. I literally asked for 17 wings.. I was going to give them an extremely bad review but they immediately took care of the mistake and this is why I give it 3 stars. I asked for half the wings to be honey garlic and ranch and the other half to be extra hot sauce.. the hot sauce here is not hot and the wings are good here, nothing wrong with them but the food arrived cold and I literally had to put them in the oven for about 10 minutes before we could even eat the food.. the whole purpose of ordering food is because you dont want to cook and you want Hot fresh food delivered to you. I had to use my oven? That beats the purpose of ordering from here.. sadly for this reason alone.. I will not order from here but I'd go here in person, because the food isn't bad at all but I wouldn't order the hot sauce wings here either.. I'd come here for the honey garlic and ranch wings.. these were so good and I would get them again. The customer service is good here.. I actually got a Bit rude with the man over the phone but he was very respectful and made sure to fix the issue. I placed an order of fries and onion rings and some mozza sticks. I live about a 2min drive from the store so it is some what my fault for being lazy. 1hr and 10min into the wait i called them back and canceled my order and the response was it hadn't been an hour yet???? so if it takes 15min to make the food it would have been 45min old minimum by the time it got to me, i wouldn't feed 45 to 50min old food to my dog but that seems the norm for this place i guess. Terrible terrible service avoid at all cost. read more
