This location of Wingstop is located in Woodland's "Purity Plaza." Someone must have confused the definition of "craphole" with "purity" because Purity Plaza is a total dump. DO NOT let the poor quality of Purity Plaza's parking lot and the seedy stores adjoined to Wingstop keep you from coming here. Once you enter the Wingstop location the seedy tweaker haven that is Purity Plaza is gone and you find yourself immersed in the glory of multiple big screen TVs showing just about any sport you might be interested in. Then a pleasant person comes to the counter and takes your order for some tasty wings. I have tried all the flavors, and you should not be a wimp, try the "Atomic" it's not that hot. Do it. Order lots of wings because they are tasty and you do not want to run out before you have stuffed yourself silly with tasty chicken and sauce. Each time I come here, by the time I'm walking to my car after my meal, I'm too fat and stupid from the delicious chicken wings to even care about the tweaker and trailer-trash infested dirt hole that is "Purity Plaza." The only problem is nowadays whenever you get wing stop here you can be sure to find a couple of several quills in your wings. They just need to close wing stop until the chicken wing crisis is done and they are able to serve wings again. Because what I just purchased for $26 was garbage. Thigh bites are more like bites of breading and fat gristle. I ordered a large and what you see in the pics is what is left over after I ate what edible chicken was there. I was hungry as shit so I had to eat something. My fries where over seasoned and not fresh given the fact that I am down the street maybe 2 mins away. Thank goodness we have a Wingstop in town now! Brand new, I'm giving it all the stars I can because it delivers well on everything a Wingstop should. I placed an order online, a fairly big family pack order, and it was ready within 5 minutes of the requested pickup time. I worried at first about whether or not new employees would get it right, because I've been to other Wingstop locations where we've had entire meals comped because a new employee didn't get it quite right. Thankfully, that didn't happen here. I think the space at this Wingstop location is ideal and well planned, so the area where everyone is waiting to place and pickup orders isn't obtrusive for the people sitting and dining. The parking in this shopping center has always been frustrating, but it's the price you pay I guess. The staff was super polite, even despite the heavy traffic at this new location. So I went in around 2:54 today. When I walked in no one greeted me and everyone was making food so it took a moment for someone to come to take my order the girl who took my order looked so done with her job and like she did not wanna be there. From the receipt her name was Celsa. Anyways I got my food like 10 mins later then to notice there was a giant hair on my wings. So I go over to Celsa and I told her what was going on instead of her offering to remake the wings for me she said what do you want all confused. So I kindly asked her to Remake them. She did remake them but when she called my name again she set down the wings while giving me a very dirty look. I think that the people working there need better hair securing gear so that there is less Risk of hair getting in the food. It's been about 20 minutes and I hear them just about coming out now. Overall, wingstop is slightly over salted food, but well worth the price for a meal of wings. Fry seasoning is almost nauseating from the amount splattered over the perfectly fried frenchies, but I avoid them now. I wouldn't suggest fries to children unless they are plain. Veggie options are great to go along with the ranch, blu cheese or honey mustard dipping sauces. This location is located behind dutch bros west and adjacent to Dollar General in the yolo polo plaza. It is far from perfect, but located basically at the far beginnings of historic downtown Woodland. Employees seem nice and friendly. No issues there. Overall, if you are hungry for wingies, you could come here like I did. read more

When I arrived for pickup I asked for a side of blue cheese and mild sauce and one of the employees picked pre-made packets from the floor with her bare hands and set it on the counter where food was being made. She did not wash her hands immediatly after but instead continued to cook. I asked the cashier who helped me if he had given me new sauces because I had witnessed she picked them up from the floor he said he had provided me with new sauces and acknowledged she had done that. I love Wingstop, but despise the seasoning on their fries so I removed one star for that reason only. Why is there sugar in it?! It shouldn't be sweet! I'm also not a fan of their coleslaw. I hadn't tried it until our last visit. I LOVE coleslaw, so I figured I'd sub it for the nasty fries. I'll stick to veggie sticks as my sides or order a la carte wings. I try to order something new each time we visit and always order whatever new sauce is being featured. Haven't been disappointed yet! I love wings and traditional is the only way to do it. We've never had a bad experience at the Woodland location and are happy to have one nearby. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. We've been about 6 times, at least. You can't give zero stars or we would. Called to order, was on hold for almost 18 minutes before I hung up. (I took a screen shot to prove it.) My husband called and it rang 50 times- these times are not exaggerated AT ALL. He finally went down to the restaurant (while I was still on hold) and there were only 3 people (patrons) with at least 4 employees. JULIA was the cashier/order taker. She was beyond rude and acted like she was doing us a favor taking the order. She was disinterested, slow, and bottom line acted like she was being inconvenienced. I went in with two friends. I ordered a medium combo with eight wings, soda, fries, and a dipping sauce. The food was pretty mediocre but I'm not judging my review on it. Firstly, the woman who took our order seemed pretty annoyed. I work at Domino's, and every time I greet a customer, I always make sure to smile. This girl didn't smile whatsoever. We got our food in around 10 minutes which was quick I guess. My friend asked for the restroom key from the same woman who took our order, and she seemed annoyed again. To top it all off, it had to have been around 85 degrees in there which is not what you want on a blazing hot summer's day. Overall, I wouldn't go again. read more
