Other reviews noted good service, I agree. I not only listened myself, but overheard a manager dealing with what I was sure was a ridiculous customer complaint, with a professional and courteous tone. Food is good, nice size boneless wings. One star off is for the sauces though, the hawaiin sauce was a very faint flavor, and the original hot wasn't really hot at all (not even up to a buffalo hot standard). We ordered from here during the osu/bama game i placed the order two hours before the game started so I would not have to wait on the food. Once I came to pick up the food the lady told me my food was almost ready....20 minutes later my food was finally ready and i took it back home. Once I got there I opened up the boxes to see some of the most pathetic looking wings I have ever seen. Maybe it is the fact I ate at roosters so many times that I was spoiled by them. But these wings are not worth the price they are charging. I see many positive reviews on here but for me I'll either go back to roosters or make them at home, at least feel I am getting my moneys worth. read more

Best wings ever! Good size and great flavor. The employees are very nice. Made to order so I always call ahead of time. 18 min! I've only tried their mango habanero. May try another flavor next time. Sweet and spicy, but not over doing it. read more

Great food and great customer service. First time at a wing stop and was quite impressed.

I decided to try Wingstop today because I received a coupon in the mail. The wings were average and small (same size as b dubs). I tried the hot, mild and garlic parmesian. I didn't care for the fries, they tasted like Grippo potato chips, just not as spicy, and didn't go well with the flavor of the wings. For those who haven't had Grippos, I would also compare their taste to lowerys season salt with a dash of sugar; regardless, I didn't like them at all. This is coming from a person who loveeeeesssss potatoes in every form. My coke was flat as well. The service was ok, nothing to brag about; although the guy who took my order on the phone was very nice, the girl at the counter could brush up on her customer service. I did not like the chicken. #1 they don't put enough or any seasoning on the chicken either prior to or after cooking it. #2 the chicken was cooked until it was so hard, there seemed to not be any meat left on the bone. #3 the sauce was nowhere near spicy (I had buffalo sauce). I will never understand the rating for this restaurant. Do not deserve any stars. I placed an online order. I went to the restaurant, and the parking lot had trash and debris and my car rolled over some which I tried to avoid, unsuccessful. I go inside to pickup my order. I stand at the counter for more than five minutes with no acknowledgement. I watch the cashier do business with another customer in front of me. This cashier leaves the front and never said anything to me, such as, hello, be right back, nothing. She yells to the cooks, "I'm going to get more fries." So, I'm still standing there waiting for acknowledgement that I'm here, and pick up my order. An employee from the back gives me eye contact and makes a throat noise and snickers while looking directly in my eyes and continues to move on with whatever. Still no acknowledgement that I have came to pick up my order. At this time standing there, another customer comes in and stands next to me at the counter. An employee yells from the back, "Has anyone said anything to the lady standing out front." (referring to me). Then someone acknowledged me, and it was not with a hello, can I help you, or the usual phrases that should happen with the entrance of a customer. Everyone knows Wingstop wings are pretty good heck even Rick Ross endorses Wingstop and owns a few. But their customer service like any other greasy fast food joint is the worst (E. Main St) I don't know about anybody else but when my order is not prepared as regularly specified then don't blame me (the customer) afterall I did drive to your establishment to spend my money when I passed two or three other wing joints along the way. So I think I will follow the advice of the shift manager I encountered on July 2nd 2014 at around 2 pm and I will never go back to Wingstop and will discourage anyone else I know from going there. Have visited here before but was my first Check-In since I felt this visit needed reviewed since it was so bad. When the Whitehall, Ohio store opened it was great. Has gone downhill since as demonstrated by my recent visit. Placed an order from my phone. Confirmation told me it would be ready at 6:51PM. Arrived at 6:50PM, paid and told it would be about 3 more minutes. OK, fine. 20 MINUTES later finally receive my order! So I check the bag to make sure I get everything. Check. Except I stupidly failed to open the wing box and check that. Drive the 10 minutes home and open the box. Instead of 10 Louisiana Rub and 10 Hickory Smoked BBQ boneless wings, I have 20 Hickory Smoked BBQ boneless wings! Now thoroughly annoyed and really don't want to drive back and probably wait another 20 minutes to get the order corrected. The one cook had one gear - slow. The other was on her phone texting the whole time. Both probably reasons why it took so long to eventually get an incorrect order! This store is closer to my house but may have to go out of my way to go to the Stelzer Rd store. Have had better experiences there. read more
