This location is better than most but lacking in one thing--they almost never read my order and assume I want my flavors split half and half. Whenever we get the 15 or 10 pc combo, they'll usually just see two flavors and split them evenly. So even though I ordered 4 original hot and 6 lemon pepper, it'll be 5 and 5 of each. The lady who decided her phone was more important than helping, threw the phone down when putting someone on hold and flat out being the rudest human ever... if you hate your job that much then find something else to do. They "weren't obligated" to give her name which makes me think this happens often. People were coming in to pick up their online orders. There were also people eating there. Restaurant was clean. Customer service was good. The wait time was reasonable. This Wingstop location is very hit or miss. Sometimes my family craves Wingstop and this is the closest one to our home so we always go here. I've ran into a few problems with the staff not being very friendly and our order getting lost or forgotten or pieces missing. we tend to just order on the app now and do pick up and that usually works better and we avoid the long wait that always happens and there's not much seating to begin with and we are family of five. we love all the different flavors of wings and the new chicken sandwiches. But we like to eat them more at home than trying to sit down at this small location that's got a lot of traffic in and out. read more

Unfortunately when we arrived, we were meet by chaos and a crowd of angry, frustrated customers. We opted to cancel our order and asked for a refund of $124; simple right? Well...no. The cashier claimed to have done the refund, but stated that they couldn't provide me with a receipt of the refund because it was online. They went further on to say wait three days and the refund will go through. Here we are 3 days later, and what do I see? THAT I WAS NOT REFUNDED AND YOU PROCEEDED WITH CHARGING MY ACCOUNT $124 for 100 wings WE DID NOT GET! I ended up having to file a claim with my bank to have my funds returned. I have patronized Wing Stop for many years, this type of service is unacceptable. Please do better. Please be better prepared next season and devise a better way of handling orders. Went online to the wingstop website to place a delivery order. We got the deal in the picture and when it arrived for delivery i asked the man if he had our other drink, he said no and asked to go back and i said it's okay it's no big deal. I then go upstairs to open the bag and we're missing ranch, our 2nd drink, our mild wings, and the upgrades made to the corn. I call and ask to be refunded for the missing items and the only 2 options they give me are to come pick up a remade order which i couldn't do that's why i ordered delivery, or to contact the delivery service (doordash or uber eats). The issue is i was never given any order confirmation by either of those third parties i only had the email above, i even checked my doordash app and nothing there, and downloaded uber eats and nothing. The manager who I spoke to, Ali, said to call back in two hours. I thought that was so weird because what difference does that make, i think he was waiting for the next manager to come in and pass it off to someone else? When we walked in we were greeted by a sea of Niner's fans anxiously awaiting their orders. Although the establishment was obviously busy and the cooks were working at fast speeds to fulfill the large amount of orders, the front end staff did a great job of providing customers with order status updates. Due to the multiple order outlets (telephone, online, and walk-in), the order times were inaccurate (our order was not completed until 3:40pm). However, we understood that this was a busy day for food establishments and we commended this Wingstop's employees for their sense of urgency and communication. Our contribution to the party did not last long, which can be attributed to the palatability of the wings. This location is far from our home, so I would be lying if I said that we will make a return visit.
