I just placed a order for delivery online through the app, and when I got my order I was missing 3 dressings. I called the store and they kept asking if I could "come back to the store" and I explained that had a child that had just got out of the hospital and a spouse with a broken foot, so no one was able to come to the store (hence why I did the delivery). The person I spoke with stated that they couldn't just refund the missing dressings to my account and they gave me no other option. I had to ask if I could come to the store at another time to get my money and I was told yes and I asked for a name of the person I was speaking to, and the you young person hung up (no goodbye). I placed an online order through the wingstop app for the Tula Hills location for delivery. Received the confirmation email-then I received the text stating my dasher was on the way to the store, then that my order was picked up and would be delivered by 6:09pm. Minutes later I receive a text stating the store cancelled my order and to contact them directly for my information. I called the store and they quickly told me they don't have any control over the app, so I could reorder or call the customer service to get a refund. The store manager didn't give me the number I had to ask for it. I asked why was it cancelled he said I don't know, we can't help have a nice evening. I called the customer service line and requested a refund that would be 3-5 days and I'm still sitting here without any food. I'm frustrated because no one attempted to solve the issue. The place was clean and well kept, the service was attentive (cannot understand the other 1 star reviews!), and MOST importantly - that chicken was BANGIN. The tenders are aptly named. Melt. In. Your. Mouth! My only complaints are the mango habanero could be spicier and it took a little longer than expected to get our food. Definitely no deal breakers though. WORST WING PLACE EVER! Wingstop not only had rude customer service but after being told it would be 30 minutes it took an additional 35 minutes just to get my order. I didn't receive my dipping sauce and the wings were drowned in grease and no sauce or dry rub at all. The management is terrible because as I sat and waited while the employees sat next to the fryers laughing and eating a whole bag of purple Doritos with no gloves and just licking their fingers. This is the second time my sister and I had ordered from them and the food is terrible, and the employee's on the phone always seems to rush you off the phone and don't have any customer service skills. Both times we had to trash our food after ordering here because it was literally so terrible we were scared we would get sick , let alone the food itself just being completely nasty . Typically we love wing stop service. We live 30 miles from the closest location and we frequent the spot often. Tonight we drove home and found out we were missing 21 wings. We didn't eat any food and drove 30 miles back for them to re-make the food. The attitude from the staff implied we as the customer did something wrong. Gas is high, and they wouldn't even acknowledge the inconvenience of an additional 60 miles we drove for them to get the order right. I called and Montel said he would wait. When I arrived Montel (I sure hope I spelled that right) and Ivy were there waiting for me. They were friendly and polite. Customer service means everything to me. Even though I can not review the food I will still give this store five stars and will return to eat there because of Montel and Ivy. The manager stated she could not do anything about my order when I stated I did not understand she kept telling me to call DoorDash. I just wanted my order. So she proceeds to put me on hold for 40 minutes in the meantime the order finally showed and all she had to do was come back to the phone and I would have informed her I got it. She was rude and inefficient and after waiting for over 40 mins she picked the phone and hung up on me. I cannot believe the service I received.
