Worst. Wingstop. EVER IT'S THE WORST! This place always gets the order wrong or they leave out something today it was celery sticks lastime it was the same. They always mess up the flavors, you ask for lemon garlic and they give you lemon parm like we can't tell the difference. When we called to complain they hung up initially.... this place go to the one in Manteca they seem to be more professional AND THEY DON'T MESS UP YOUR ORDER!! read more

FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! The food is served cold. It took 33 minutes to get our food. We got into an altercation with the cashier and manger because they refused to give us a refund. The ice machine ran out of ice and the worker refilled it using a dirty yellow bucket. We took a bite out of the room temp wing and it felt it was unsafe so we left. read more

Regina is so awesome, she's the restaurant manager and has superb customer service !!! I would definitely feel comfortable dinning in or placing an order any day. Staff are nice as well, I'm sure it's due to a happy workplace environment. I love this Location! read more

Tried to give food that was cold and did not want to remake it and did not want to give proof of refund.

I'm posting two stars only cuz I order from here all the time and not all times I get my orders messed up but here..... one I ordered 20 piece half garlic Parmesan and half lemon pepper large fries and a ranch well done wings and paid extra for all Flats. My garlic Parmesan order had some Drumsticks AND NO PARMESAN. I don't mean to pull the pregnancy card on here but maybe too It's my fault for not checking the order. I'm over 40 weeks pregnant and was not Trying to be out the house Like that. I made a call to complain and they apologized and asked if I wanted to come back so they can remake my order. I'll acknowledge that they were willing to do that but one it's 9pm and I'm not gonna do All that, but this isn't the first time this place has messed up my order, so I'm Finally writing a review. read more

Food was very tasty and came out right on time! I enjoy stopping by here because of how friendly everyone is. Nargis is very sweet and is helpful when I have questions about the different flavors. The hot honey recommendation changed my life! read more

after being left on hold for about 35 minutes, I hung up and called back. I couldn't barely understand anything that she was saying, and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times she got my name, phone number and my order, and then asked me to hold, by that time I had made it to the store and asked if she had my order. She did not even take my order literally just forgot about everything. I ordered over the phone so I had to re-order in person. Honestly, I will never go back to this place ever again. read more

Worst Wingstop ever overcharged me for small when over the phone. I asked for large and purposely didn't give me back my change not once but twice. And also said rance was not included with combo and will need to be charged for it. The lady pashtun behind register needs better customer service. If I could give this Wingstop a zero star, I would. read more

If I could give them a -0 I would I just experienced the worst customer service ever I called in my order waited over 20 minutes for it to get done and then when I get home and look at my order it's wrong. I called the store to advise them that my order was wrong and I was told the only thing that they could do is have me drive 25 minutes back to their store to give them the order back so that they can remake it. That is unacceptable. I will never visit this establishment again. I explained to the manager that I lived 25 minutes away and was starting my next work shift. He didn't care. The wait time is ridiculous and this is the second time that I have had an issue that was not resolved they won't get a third. read more

Takes too long when I was waiting for my food. It was like two DoorDash that were waiting for the food and it took so long to bring their food and then mine was longer. Just don't go to Wingstop go to a different one read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We picked up our wings and the order was wrong and not extra cooked as specified the fries was hella stale AND cold. On top of that, the soda was flat and they had no ice. From the looks of other reviews- they have not fixed the soda machine for at least a month. I drove back to the store to get a fresh batch of food. They made a fresh batch of fries but it was still not cooked all the way. The chicken was probably the same batch as before because when I got home it was not hot. I had to put them in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 370 fir it to be cooked and crispy smh. DO NOT go to this location. Save your money. read more

**** SERVED MOLDY FOOD!!!! Super disappointed in the fact that they put the health of my family at risk by serving us bread rolls with MOLD. *see attached photos. Makes me wonder about the integrity of the rest of the food being sold at this location... For mold to even get this bad in the bread, it probably had to have sat for DAYS without being properly handled. Mold can be extremely detrimental to your health if you have a weaker immune system. Food poisoning is also no joke and can put working people rolled up into a ball in bed for days with multiple trips to implode your intestines into the white porcelain throne. Not cool. Manager would not refund my money unless I went in 'to show them my receipt'. I ended up going out of my way and wasting my time just for the refund. They didn't even pull them out of the bag so the rest of the customers behind me could see the food they served us. All I got was a "I'm sorry" with no accountability and lack of compensation for serving MOLDY FOOD. I would like to personally thank the store manager, Jennifer, (according the gentleman who actively handled the situation slightly better in person) for the lack of empathy, compensation and the ability to manage the store for its food handling skills. Yes, she was working and allowed this to happen... read more

I love coming to this location because of the sweet lady at the front. She always makes sure my food is good and just the way I like it. I have gone to several locations but there is always something off. Pashtoon is always amazing and helpful. Also when you are around her she makes sure to ask about your day and just the simple question that makes your mood. I accidently spilled my soda all over the floor and she was quick with it and told me that it was no big deal which helped me calm down because I was so embarrassed and humiliated. Great job Pashtoon on the amazing customer service!!!!! Highly recommend read more

Where are Sadaf and ayesha? They made my wings perfectly and now they are not there. I tried 2x to get the wings exactly the way they used to make them for me. Absolutely terrible, threw them orders both away. When I ask for double crispy. They still don't do it and the skin is sooo fatty and uncooked. What the hell people...is it that difficult to keep them in the fryer longer????? I don't get it but 2x wasted my money. Very upset. When will these lovely ladies return.??? I was offered no explanation when I asked not even an apology for the inconvenience this location is close to home but I'd rather drive farther away then deal with this type of service ( update it's been two weeks since I reached out to customer service and I've gotten no response it's frustrating when it was an issue with their app and employees) read more

Honestly, I wish this had a no star choice. I ordered my food at 5:05pm, 6:04pm comes along and I decided to ask how much longer do you think it will be? Another worker then yells out my name and says did you know that patience is a virtue!?? Then drops my bag on the counter! I think I exercised my patience enough to wait an hour! I swear I wanted to go off!! Worst experience ever. Rude! Don't waste your time here. read more

Worst wingstop location in Stockton. I went to get some wings and walked into the wingstop and it felt like I walked in the freezer then I got my drink the the fountains was full of ice like hella ice it was dropping to the floor that was already a bad sign I proceeded to get some soda but to make matters worst all the sodas were flat I decided to get a water imagine eating wings and Fries with water smh I wish I can give them -5 stars read more

Horrible service! They rip me off 7 wings and don't want to reimburse or give me what is owed.. they always have bad service! The lady who took my call and did not offer to give me my owed wings did not want to give me her name, yet she has the nerve to ask me why I didn't call earlier when I told her I just got off a 12 hr shift and didn't check the bag. Went in and told the lady my name twice cause she asked me separate times twice and continues to do other things and help other people then the third time she asks me she gets my order that has been sitting on the shelf the whole time behind her, turns out it was ready before i even walked in. mind you it wasnt that busy and i had a online order idk if she has adhd or something but i stood there for a good minute while she did other things when she couldve have gotten my order the first time i told her my name. Food is delicious though, bless those workers making the food they kinda also looked fed up with the woman at the front read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. They don't even answer your phone calls. Driving for Uber eats I was treated very unprofessionally, bad attitudes, no ice, had to fill the drinks myself???? she lied about the pickup confirmation to put the semi late delivery on me, which was their lack of good customer service. The wings are ok the service is bad. I place an online order, went to pick up & paid. Sat there & waited 15 min. Open for Covid 5 stars Other than that 2 starts Waited to place a phone order 20 minutes hung up and then place a web order. Fries cold and soggy wow! The lady had a big bin of fries she was seasoning and dishing out in each bag. I understand being efficient but not at a compromise of flavor and taste. The overall store needs a deep clean and this way before COVID-19 as well. I don't fault the staff... I fault the GM who get paid the big bucks ... take time to clean and properly train your staff. Lastly The staff allowed people in the store to wait despite the warning of saying 6 feet and it was not safe during COVID. I feel sorry for grubhub and dash drivers who risk their health coming in your store. read more

Sorry Wingstop but this location gets a poor review. I was here on 7/22/18 in the afternoon and the service was less than stellar. I waited for an eight piece combo for approx. 20 minutes from order to table. I wasn't the only one with wait time issues. When I got the wings I only received 7 of the 8!! The wings themselves were cooked very good however, there was way more oil than sauce...very disappointing. I also asked if the tv could be changed, the young lady taking the orders said ok. She grabbed the remote but it did not work so I was stuck watching whatever was on. Not sure if this is Stockton thing or a badly managed Wingstop, it could be neither but I hope they make some changes. Until changes are made I'll be looking for another place to get my wings. I'm editing my review...just had a guy come ask me for my food...homeless. This location is a joke. Never coming back. To have a homeless person harassing patrons for their food is totally ridiculous. Management not doing anything!!!! read more

Today 12/08/21, 3:50 PM. First time here. I gotta say I have been to a lot of Wings Stops but this one here has by far the best and friendliest staff I have ever met in any Wings Stop. All 3 were very nice, professional and very quick with getting my food ready. I ordered 10 atomic wings and it was done in around 7 min. Definitely recommend this place. Great job gals Shawn. read more

I order from here often and most of the time the food is fine. The wait is a little long but today I ordered a 15 pc combo with garlic Parmesan and came home and there was no Parmesan at all. Just oil, which is such a disappoint. The wings were bigger size than usual which was impressive. Also I ordered the fries extra well done which was nice and crispy but they put way too much seasoning on the fries. It was so hard to eat because it was so salty. I usually don't expect much from this location but salty fries and forgetting Parmesan seasoning? cmon now.. read more
