Any bad reviews placed on this place are just the amount of people who have never apparently had a ghetto experience. The area is relatively ghetto, you cannot expect anything different entering a smaller food chain's restaurant unlike some place like McDonalds, Canes, etc. Music was not too loud, as I saw in a review and if someone mishears you twice then you should just understand not everyone has the best hearing. The wait time was a little excessive for 10 boneless wings and fries but the food was really good and order came as ordered. Definitely would come back again. read more

The service wasn't very good. When I walked in there was Noone behind the register, and there was one person in line. There were a few people waiting for food. The person who ended up going to the register didn't speak the the person in front of me it wasn't a pleasant experience. I most likely wouldn't go back to this location. read more

Came here since it was the only place open in the area. Service was good. The clerk was kinda knowledgeable on the menu favorites. I ordered a 6pc boneless, half lemon pepper and half garlic Parmesan. It also came with a drink and fries. The chicken is cooked well nice and Crispy not too breaded. The only flavor I am taste is SALT! Omg when I say these are salty I think I have to check my blood pressure after these two bites. The lemon pepper fries are SALTY as well. They had a small inside area to eat and a patio area. The drink options are good since they have the coca-Cola machine. Would I come Back? prob no. They had a couple other restaurants in that plaza that close at 10 so might want to try one of those places. read more

Yesterday I went I ordered as soon as they opened and 30 minutes just for my food to be ready while some other person ordered and received it in like 10 minutes seems unfair. Alongside that the cashier didn't catch my name twice and I mean with all due respect if you can't hear lower the music. I did in fact love the food tho. I'm disappointed at the service and food here. The store was dirty and some of the chairs were on the table. I ordered on the app and it said it was ready in 15 mins. I went 10 mins after the "pick up time" and it wasn't ready I had to wait another 30 minutes. When I got the food, the order was wrong and the chicken barely came with any sauce. I love wingstop and this location is the one closest to my house. The most recent time I came here I placed an online order and it went through. It wasn't until I got there that they informed me that they were all out of what I originally ordered which was chicken strips. The ambience was horrible when I got there. There was at least 6 people waiting for their food and there were high school kids running around and play fighting each other the whole time. There was such a long wait and I had to was 20+ minutes for my new order to be ready. My new order was decent but the wings were burnt so there was little to no meat on them. Next time, I'll just make the drive to another location for the lack of care here. read more

Food so good your DoorDash driver will take off with it lol. I used their delivery option through their website and I guess they use DoorDash to complete their deliveries. Long story short, the driver didn't call or text me and took off with my food. Tried to make a complaint through DoorDash but they were no help. After I called WingStop and explained the situation to a manager, they offered to refund me or remake my order. I chose to remake my order and picked it up myself this time. They were really understanding and helpful, unfortunately I didn't have cash on me otherwise I'd tip. I think the manager's name was Carlita? It was okay, the order took quite a while even when placing mobile orders. They don't really drain the chicken so when opening it to eat there's a big puddle of oil. The season I got was lemon pepper, it's good but they over seasoned my chickens and corns when it said regular seasoning. Place is clean and empty barely anyone in the front to take order. read more

Customer service is just horrible, make sure to get there before 11pm. I got there at 11:15 and young cashier guy told me they're not taking anymore order because they're about to close in 10 minutes ??? There's plenty of time to take and make the order. service sucks waited over an hour for one order thanks a lot guys and i only gave u a star bc zero wasnt an option be grateful for that edit: the workers did not do their job well and dont deserve to be employed. 8:52 i went in with my friends we told them we needed a minute to figure out what we wanted and no workers checked back in with us for around 20 minutes. they assumed that one of our orders was a girl name when it wasnt and didnt bother to double check or ask what name or order we were waiting for. both workers were obviously high and had horrible customer service and when we did figure it out we got our food cold at 10:20. thanks for ruining our night. read more

This place is so good! Honestly I'm not a huge fan of the neighborhood it's in but whatever. The service here is excellent; the staff works their asses off! Some may be new, but they are always hussl'in to get food out to you. The food was up to par and was delicious.l!! We got the louisana hot and the lemon herb with a few Korean soy well done.. and we will be coming back 10/10. The ambiance.. let's be honest you aren't coming for the ambiance. What a waste. I placed my order at 240 for pick up at 530. Go in seconds after another guy he orders the I tell them I am here to pick up my order cashier vanishes to wherever for the next 15 min. She comes out with that guys order then eventually gets to mine. What's the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait? Now obviously I'm not a wing snob but I have a little bit of standards. These were not met. The wings were overcooked and dry/chewy I also ordered the voodoo fries cooked extra crispy but the fries were about as soggy as you can make fries. The flavor was still good though. Wing sauce flavor was also good too bad the wings themselves were not. Maybe they can redeem themselves some other time. read more

This place is usually fast paced during the day, however at night time there service is the worst. I literally order at 7:30 the girl at cashier said it would take about 20-25 mins I had to ask for my food multiple times and finally got it at 8:23 it took almost one hour. Workers were in their phones texting. Dont go on the weekends call 45 mins ahead to order. read more

10/13/2021 ,at 2:05pm I just left stop, were I thought I got a large combo, I repeated the order back to the young man, the young man left the register with out giving me my drink, when my food was done I explained to the lady the young man didn't give me my drink, she gets a attitude, and give me a small drink, I paid for a large, and I will not be there again, we give these hard workers the true ones our hard earned money, to get the right product, and be treated with respect, I could see if I came in there cussing, or yelling, but just asking for what I paid for, not good on the company. read more

This wingstop establishment was in nicer words disgusting, very disappointing, I had ordered 2 larger garlic parm fries and they came soggy and cold and we live less than 10 mins away very disappointing and upsetting, so cold it was un-edible, I had also ordered 1 original hot chicken sandwich and it did not arrive with my food, it was like my chicken sandwich didn't wanna be there either, I had also ordered a tray of chicken and we found HAIRS!, disgusting and disappointing this was the worst experience I've had with wingstop in my 45 years of living, I work 9-5 and come home to my 5 kids who want to eat out, tonight was wingstop and this was the last night, very unprofessional and disgusting, my oldest child didn't get his chicken sandwich and had to share the little we had with their younger siblings, don't order from this place because you will lose money and time, I won't ever order from this place again having rung them 3 times on 3 different phones for them all to it be answered, very disappointing and count your days this wingstop should be in jail for killing my time and money, there's other places to eat and don't eat here they clearly to meet the standards of other places. Wing stop is infamous for under staffing the restaurant so if you order your wings expect to wait at least a hour for your food. Even if you order online.... Trust me I have eaten here many of times expecting a different result and yes every time it's different no consistency here I promise. When I opened the box the wings had a bad smell like wet sweaty chicken feathers/dirty chicken. I started checking the wings and saw small pieces of feather needles (not sure if thats the correct word). But that was enough for me. This place should reconsider where they get their chicken because the smell was so penetrated in the meat. The beans have an incredible smokey flavor with the brisket inside. The sauce is so good, makes you want to "slap ya mama!" The ribs were meaty and had me in a coma afterwords. If you have room try their pizza. So light and airy and the cheese was stretchy and delicious. The service was amazing and the cook PJ does stand up comedy or something. Dude is funny, fo sho. Man, I'm stuffed. We ate there and brought home food. I just love the ability to sit in a nice mom and pop place to enjoy all of this food. Ok so I guess there's no mom, but it's a pop and pop place? If there is one other thing besides sausage that I love, well its wings...so I was IN. They have only been around 3 weeks so I'm going to be nice. I am feeling charitable since it's the holidays. I understand kinks need to be worked out in the beginning. My first batch of wings were bloody and raw. I immediately took them back. I learned my lesson after my first near death experience with under cooked wings at Hooters years ago. I am actually surprised I still eat wings after that I was so sick lets not go there. ANYWAY They got it right the second time and apologized claiming there was a fryer malfunction. No problem I understand. So $12 for 10 wings seems steep but they are rather large wings. They had a decent variety of sauces I opted for honey sriacha and garlic buffalo. Both sauces were very spicy which I LOVE that is a huge plus in the wing book. So many people claim they are hot and they are not. The other plus; BLUE CHEESE which should be always served with wings with the option to add crumbles or just straight blue cheese. They also have ranch for all you posers. The second batch was cooked almost perfect in my book. I like a lot more crunch factor. Next time I will ask for extra crispy because while they had some crunch they were also soggy and over sauced in my opinion. But I still enjoyed them. The sriacha honey was better than the garlic buffalo but both were good. Not great or spectacular. Hopefully they up their game with time. They were better than Dirty Birds and i am not a fan of DB but for some reason a lot of you yelpers are.

The only thing that separates your wings from anyone else's is your sauce. Well the sauce is Franks red hot. Needless to say, the wings can't make up for the lack of an original sauce to cover them. Fries were undercooked, wings a bit over cooked, overall a sad attempt at a wing dinner.

When handing us our food, they mentioned and apologized that the mac and cheese was not up to par and encouraged us to come back and try it again. He was right--the mac and cheese was overcooked, but the flavor was still there. I appreciate the honesty. The pork chop, catfish, and chicken wings were seasoned to perfection. The breading was light but crunchy so delicious I wanted to eat all the small crumbs off my plate. The candied yams were flavorful, and the best part for me was the banana pudding. It was the best banana pudding I have ever had. Overall, I had a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to give the mac and cheese another shot and eat more delicious southern food in SD.

We also ordered the catfish with mac n cheese and collard greens. For dessert, we got the peach cobbler. Other desserts they have are banana cream pie, strawberry-banana cream pie, and chocolate cake. They all sounded good, but the peach cobbler was highly recommended. The cornbread muffin made it on the order too. All the food was delicious and perfectly seasoned! The catfish and chicken were juicy. The catfish tasted fresh and not too fishy. The mac n cheese and collard greens were the best out of the sides we got. Cornbread and peach cobbler were also very good. The cobbler wasn't too sweet, so I enjoyed it. I'm really glad I found this place on Yelp. I highly recommend giving them a try!
