Great customer arrive from the shift lead and team mbr by the name of Kingston. Very attentive and professional

If I can do a zero I could and I would. I never experienced such unprofessionalism like I have today. I called this location (mind you I came allll the way from Rialto off the 210 and sierra) I called and Nyah answered the phone. Put me on hold and right when it passed 3 min , I knew something was up. Seeing its a Monday afternoon, I knew they weren't busy. (I order allot) so I decided let's just see how long I'm on hold and I'm going to drive to the location. Well look at my phone .Not only was this store empty but no orders were taken or ready (I wonder why with Nyah there) the employees were inside hanging out . So I'm looking to see and find Nyah and behold, she's clocking out, apron off and heading towards the door. So when I address her in a professional way telling her it's unprofessional leaving customers on hold with the phone off the hook (yes look at the picture!) and then i show her my phone as I'm still on hold, did she apologize ? No, did they discount my order for the inconvenience? No! But what did she do or say ? Well she was unbothered and said "well thank you for telling me how to do my job. " And walks out the establishment. " UNBELIEVABLE! And they wonder why they have the rating that they have here. I'm already contacting corporate and what she doesn't know is I know who the franchise owner is and will be addressing this along with the photos as well. This type of behaviour especially towards paying customers is what can make a business go from bad to worse and not only that take our business elsewhere. Which I will say this will be the last order I make there. Save yourself the disrespect, look at the other reviews and pass on this location. It seems to be a trend here. read more

Wingstop is my go-to for wings. The best part is that the wings always taste fresh because they're cooked to order, and the wait time is usually not bad at all especially since I typically place my order ahead. Every time, the food comes out hot and flavorful, and it's consistently a great experience. read more

Today is the fourth time I get my order wrong. Either the employees don't know how to read or just do care about the customer. I order 3 different orders and they mix them all. They assume that because it was 30 wings, even though they were ordered separately they could mix them. I order one all flats and they give me mix, and another one the amount was short. If I was their supervisor they would be fired. read more

This location sucks so bad. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at any Wingstop. The employees will literally ignore you while you're standing at the front as if they don't see you. So awkward, one employee was at the front register counting the drawer and didn't look up at all as if I wasn't 2 feet away from them and they couldn't see me. This location will also keep the lights off and turn chairs upside down on the tables before closing time to make it seem as if they are already closed as to keep customers from coming inside. I'm serious, I went by around 9 pm and it was completely dark inside (even though they closed at midnight) the doors were unlocked and was able to walk inside. Once inside I was still ignored for a couple of minutes until I said something. Save yourself the time and disappointment, just go to a different location. read more

Everything Always goes well at this Location very clean, greeted by the whole crew as soon as you walk in Services fast and easy, my wings are always fresh made to order fried to perfection. This is always my go to when i don't feel like cooking. read more

The food is so cold, it has to be old. The fries taste as if they were in a refrigerator. I will never buy from this Wingstop again. I can usually feel a little warmth if the food is piping hot. But this Wingstop is so cold it's grossing me out. So disappointed. read more

Every single time I order from this location there is always a missing item. Slowest wing stop I've ever been to as well. Have ended up waiting for over an hour on numerous occasions! read more

First time at this location. I appreciate the great customer service and food was fresh. I'll definitely order here again !

I ordered wing stop and it was closing time and I barely got my order in. They ended up giving me an extra wings, i'm assuming because it was about to close. But honestly it deserves a 5/5. I know some companies just toss their remaining food out in the trash. But thanks to these extra wings, my family and I got to eat a little more. It was a kind gesture plus i had already regretted not getting more. I will definitely come to this location again due to my good experience read more

Very Good service and order is always correct. Yummmy wings too. The guy gave us our order fast and timely

This Wingstop location is superior. Always friendly service. Always hot and fresh food. Highly recommend this Wing stop in particular.

Went to order food there had a coupon and night manager WOULD NOT honor it said it expired it was May 5th and showed him coupon expired May 6th 2025. So I canceled my whole order my nephews were disappointed. Next day called manager he actually said yes he wouldn't honor it as well and yelled at me I stayed calmed and ask for his name and corporate phone number and he asked me why I told him I will be making a complaint. He laughed and said No and hung up on me. I did call corporate office and all they did was send me an email with $5 coupon what an INSULT. I will let family friends and neighbors know DO NOT GO THERE. read more

I ordered a 20 piece boneless wings and a 10 piece bone and wings. All of them were absolutely overcooked. The wings were super dry and they also shorted me on my order. Definitely will not be going back. I'm not sure what it is but the high prices of food these days and the quality has just went down the tubes. read more

I came into Wing stop the other day and was not having the best day at all, the employee Jeremiah was the one who helped me. He was patient, friendly, and actually treated me like a person instead of just another order. We talked for a quick second, he made me laugh, and I left feeling way better than when I walked in. Food was good, but the customer service is what really made my day. Shoutout to Jeremiah for being a good human. read more

We ordered two wing bundle deals via the website. Our food was available in 15 - 20 minutes, just like the email said it would be, which I really appreciated. The food came out exactly as expected, we have 0 complaints. For the price we paid, we got a lot of food. It seems that they may weigh the food and not give you a 6 wing per piece but by per weight which is great. They didn't skimp out on the amount of fries. Overall for wingstop, it was a good experience. Definitely would recommend if you're craving wingstop. read more

Doesn't take walk ins and doesn't answer phone calls! No where does it say only online orders.

Placed an order online, came in 10 minutes after the time the order should've been done. Got ignored by two of the female employees. I stood at the front desk and two female employees came and addressed everyone else. Guy with dreadlocks was present, came answered the phone and walked off as well. I get it it's busy and all but uhhhh... shouldn't you ask anyone who is at your front if they've been helped. Do better. read more

First time going to Wingstop in the area and despite the reviews I actually had a good experience! My order was ready pretty quick. Alondra is very helpful and kind. I asked her if she was the manager and she said she isn't but has been working there for some time... I think this location would have a better rep if she was on board honestly. Good service and employees are very nice kids! Thanks again read more

If I could leave a 0, I definitely would. I paid my hard earned money, and paid extra for extra seasoning. And all I got was pure salt. This has happened to me 3 times already. Quality of their fries has gone down recently, completely unsatisfied. Will not be coming back any time soon. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! First Time Being Here.... Should of read the reviews!!! 1) Coupon didn't work for those 5 free chicken wings online 2) ETA for pickup was 18-24 minutes After getting there 20 minutes after placing my order.... had to wait another 20 minutes. 3)After sealing my order... Employee read my order and I left 4) Arrived home and we were missing 10 wings when we ordered 30 5) Wings were either undercooked and some were overcooked, not consistent at all. 6) Had 2 piece chicken fingers and the size is pathetic. One was the size of my finger.... SEE PIC 7) Food was cold, especially the French Fries. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! read more

Absolutely horrible! I got the 20 pieces boneless wings 10 medium hot and 5 Louisiana dry and the other 5 I don't remember and a large seasoned French fries. Omg, it was gross! Everything was extremely salty! Even the damn wings! My husband tried to save the fries and shook the in a paper towel lol , we throw everything away. That was $25! Not recommend it! read more

they messed up my whole entire order and my food was COLD!!!!! i hate them. and it took so long to get

Worst customer service from a manager I've ever received. I placed an order and made a mistake. I tried to call the store to make a modification as requested from the website immediately after. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to disconnect and try again. As soon as I called back someone answered the phone and asked if I needed to place an order. I explained that I was trying to modify or even cancel an order due to a mistake I made. I was told that my order was already in the process of being sent out. I asked to speak to a manager and when she got on the line she was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested to speak to the owner since she stated business is a franchise. She told me good luck with getting the info to reach out to them and then hung up on me. There's definitely a reason why this business has such low reviews. read more
