I absolutely despise this shopping center, but I was nearby and my daughter has been begging for wing stop so I ordered online for pickup. Walked in and staff seemed annoyed to have to help someone. I especially like the limited menu, as I really appreciate when I restaurant focuses on doing a limited amount of items really well. I first noticed the "Wingstop Coming Soon" sign back in July, and I was super excited to have it be located less than five minutes from my house. This particular location is on Philadelphia Road in the shopping center with a Dollar Store, Dollar General, Bank of America, and Giant, among other stores. They inherited the storefront where the Metro PCS was formerly located. The store came together very quickly and was up and running within less than three months, with opening occurring in September. The restaurant tends to get a bit busy and crowded, and the space isn't always large enough to accommodate its popularity. My preferred method is to place an order online for pick up. Everything is always very well prepared and they are quick! There was only one time where my order was incorrect. I always order all flats and ranch as my dipping sauce. If you've had their ranch, then you know that their blue cheese is definitely no substitute for it. On this particular visit I received blue cheese and some drumsticks despite paying for all flats. I excused this mistake and chalked it up to their newness. Everything has been perfectly prepared since. If you like wings, fries, and ranch that is to die for, then this is your place! read more

They seem to have an incredibly hard time counting and following directions as far as what kind of sauce to put on your wings or what kind of sauce not to put on your wings etc. and apparently well-done fries means to boil them in scalding water as opposed to frying them and making them crispy. I normally travel to Wing Stop in Glen Burnie when a craving hits; so needless to say I was excited when I saw a location opening near me in Rosedale. I stopped in for a carryout out order on a Wednesday night they didn't look overly busy. So I am having a hard time understanding why my order was screwed up. I ordered 2 classic combos (8 wings bone in).(11.99 each) 1 with fries 1 with veggie sticks. I also added a regular sized fried corn. I paid extra for all flats(80 cent) and for an extra blue cheese(1.25). I could have seriously went to Giant and made my own damn wings. I should have known better when I peeked in the bag and saw an extra order of fries I didn't order and my missing extra (paid for dressing) I took the fries because they were already in my bag and if I would have given them back they would just throw them away for sanitary reasons. I asked for my extra dressing and I was given it without an issue. The food was for me and my 7 year old. One of the combos was supposed to be mild flavor and BBQ Classic, the other one was supposed to be all flats with Korean BBQ and lemon pepper. What I actually received was mild flavor and parmesan in one container and lemon pepper and BBQ in the 2nd container. The wings were several different sizes. Some normal size, some mini sized, and 1 or 2 jumbo wings thrown in. The ones with the wet sauces were dried out, the dry seasonings were fried extremely hard. The lemon pepper tasted like a cleaning product with lemon. The cajun corn overly salty. The best thing we're the fries. Even the soda machine had a limited selection (those Coke soda machines were you pick your own flavors) I called the store after Googling the number(it's still printed as TBD), politely asked for the manager on duty and was placed on hold for literally 5 minutes. No one came to check back on me or anything. I was calling to have them remake my order before I drove 15 minutes back to the store and waited another 20 minutes. So I hung up and just told my son to eat whatever parts he wanted(it was a school night). It seems like I may have to keep patronizing the Glen Burnie location.
