The staff offered my girlfriend and I a sample of their bourbon flavored chicken. The bourbon chicken tasted A LOT like the teriyaki chicken from the Japanese restaurant right next door. I would almost argue that his entire business model is designed around under cutting the Japanese restaurant while offered more Americanized side dishes such as mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, veggies, and the like. I actually prefer the chicken and the rice from the Japanese restaurant. The rice tasted grainy and the veggies we had with our meal were soaked in a butter sauce.
