Very disappointing experience, both in customer service and food quality. I had not eaten at Wingstop in years and decided to give it another try. I downloaded the app, placed and paid for my order, and waited in my car until I received the notification that my order was ready. I then immediately went inside and stood directly under the sign marked "Pickup." Although employees were working at the front, I was not acknowledged. After I had been waiting for minutes, an Uber Eats driver came in after me, walked past me, and was immediately assisted. I spoke up and said that I was also there for a pickup. The Uber Eats driver actually apologized to me because she realized I had been there first and explained that the employee had made eye contact with her. What bothered me most was that even after I spoke up, the employee continued assisting the Uber Eats driver, gave her the order, and allowed her to leave before finally asking for my name. The Uber Eats driver recognized that I had been passed over, yet the employee still did not correct the situation. Unfortunately, the food wasn't much better. Despite going inside as soon as the app said my order was ready, my fries were cold when I got home and were extremely salty. Some of the chicken was also fried much too hard. I was genuinely looking forward to trying Wingstop again after so many years, but between being overlooked while standing at the designated pickup area and receiving disappointing food, this was not the experience I expected. Customers shouldn't have to speak up just to be acknowledged when they're clearly next in line. Unfortunately, giving Wingstop another try turned out to be a disappointing decision. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - North Little Rock, Arkansas

"Hm let me get some wings for a party or just eat!" Is what your probably thinking, turn your butt and go somewhere else before its too late. Loud music playing in kitchen but quiet music playing in lobby/main area?? I NEVER get fresh fries here, I always have to back inside and ask for fresh ones. Employees are short but quick yet the order never is! One time I called in a order and they said 5 minutes. "Thank goodness quick and fresh" I thought, came inside and got told 25 minutes. People who came in to place an order got theres before mine. Mine was only 12 pieces! They got a whole thanksgiving meal for gods sake! The main problem is the time. It takes wayyy too long to get 3 chicken tenders. Even if its just fries. Besides the cool soda machine I'd give this 0 stars. read more

We are locals and frequent this location. We usually get it to-go but decided to go inside this time. Samantha was so kind and really impressed me. Enough to write this review! I wish there were more people that go above and beyond like she did. 10/10 was so happy with the service and friendly was of the employees. read more

Lemon pepper wings and their blue cheese sauce. Great for keto! Fries are great for splurges.

I honestly didn't see they had 2 stars before I placed my online order!!!! Omg smmfh worst take out experience EVER!!!! I ordered my food online it said order will be ready in 15-20min I pulled up 30 mins later giving them extra time. So I walked in waited another 20 mins and I asked how much long is it going to take for my food to finish The manager (mixed women) walked up very aggressive and said we're yo receipt at. I said I ordered online I don't have a receipt just a conf# This lady then goes to the back and takes another 10mins to come back and tell me they sent me a refund through email??! I looked at the email when I got in the car this trifling manager put unsatisfied customer after waiting 20 mins after I clearly waited an hr (it's on the receipt) Lolll I cannot make this up This was my first time going and I'll never go again!!! read more

I wouldn't give a star but yelp made me. I don't know why they not out of business. They have the worst customer service, even down to management. They talk crazy to customers and are always getting orders wrong. If you call them they disregard what you say and have bad attitudes about it. I am so tired of this store and will be calling corporate and see if they will adjust their attitudes. read more

These were the best wings that I have tasted in a very long time. I got the original/hot wings and I felt like I was blessed by the gods above. These were the best wings I think I have ever had come to think of it. The ranch was also so amazing in the way that it combined with the flavor of the wings explodes in your mouth. The service was extremely fast with the wings coming in in less than 20 minutes. The workers got me immediately with my take-out order and it was extremely hot. Also, the look of the restaurant is so welcoming and warm. It's not too loud because there are not that many people in there. Needs more positive reviews they have improved from these other reviews. read more

This is the worst wings I've ever eaten. When you go in there look who is cooking those dudes don't give a shlt! Food is terrible don't waste your time read more

I'm SOOOOO MAD! We got two combos and they gave me a 5 pc when I ordered 10. My boyfriend got a 8 pc and they messed up the flavors. How does that even happen????? We waited 30 min and had to leave because they where about to close. It was 30$ for 13 wings maybe all together. DO NOT GO! Horrible flavors. read more

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. This location might be worse than the Markham Rd location and that's saying something. People are incredibly rude and I'm not sure why you would make an online order when they aren't going to start cooking your food until you get here. Which resulted in me waiting around for 30 minutes for food I ordered 20 minutes before I arrived. Honestly I should have just went to Kroger and cooked the wings myself. Service woulda been better and I would have been eating half hour ago. read more

Service is terrible. Wings are still decent but don't expect the employees there to be in any type of rush to get your wings. When they say 13 minutes to have your order ready, what they really mean is 30. If you're lucky. read more

The food is great, no complaints! But the service is ALWAYS AWFUL. Rude employees for no reason, I don't get it. One time they accidentally gave me the same order twice so I told one of the employees just to do the right thing (instead of eating it before I was told it was okay to keep) and she just took it and ate it while hiding from her manager. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER. The food was late (order had been placed the day before 50 wings and boneless combo). Stand there waiting for over 5mins which is a long time when your standing at the head of the line as the people working there walk past you don't ven have enough training to say, "One moment please." much less "Hello." Look nobody is forcing you to work in customer service. As far as I can could tell nobody was being held hostage and God help them if fast service or common courtesy were Any part of their demands! You wonder why your pay has never past your minimum wage requested amount?? I did what you do..... well, wait no I didnt...I actually worked and I actually knew what customer service meant.probabably why I have a career now... Say, "Hi." "Hello!" something If your late with an order own it If you forget part of my order and force me to return DON'T ROLL your eyes and act like it's my fault.. just own it and make it right... It's a shame when the food is good but the service makes you never go back. read more

Normally this is a great place to eat. Went in for some good boneless chicken and their normally amazing fries. I got neither of those things this visit. We ordered and got out cups for drinks. Then had to wait 20 mins on 2 8pc orders of wings and fries. Multiple other people got their food, and when we finally got food the fries were lackluster and cold. The wings were messily arranged and were on the cold side as well. Also the women's bathroom was horrendous and sticky. Sad to say we won't be coming back soon. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I've loved Wingstop for yearssss. This Wingstop has disappointed time and again. I've given them SO MANY chances. Absolutely awful service, workers don't care whatsoever about anything, food is always cooked wrong. Wrong portions, super long wait...I mean the list goes on and on. There's a reason why the ratings are so low. Everyone from this area knows how bad this place is. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. read more

Horrible service. Order wrong. Took 30 minutes. Will not be back ..................................................

I'm picky about my wings. In fact I usually like only my own. Pssh what a snob! Ha! Anyhow I love the garlic parmesan and the lemon pepper wings here. I get both of those and they just pair really well together with some beer. That's about it folks. Yummy yummy read more

The food here tastes fine but the service is terrible. Three times we have gotten carryout and the order has been wrong. The last time it happened I called to say I wanted a credit back on my account. The woman told me only a manager could do that and she wouldn't be back for four days. I told her this was the third time this had happened and she blamed it on "training." When I told her I didn't care about her excuses, she hung up on me. I will not be back. read more

Typical visit as normal. Food is barely edible. Wings were about 50% cooked. Not safe to eat. I ate the ones that were cooked and they were decent. Not good but decent. Fries were the bottom of the basket and just bits of broken fries drowning in sugar. This is why I dont come here but once every couple years. read more

Purchased off of DoorDash for customer pick up. There was no ranch (we paid extra for two) and our brownie was not in the bag. They were on the digital receipt from DoorDash as well as the receipt that was taped onto the bag so that sucks. On the other hand the food was pretty good. Really dry without the ranch. read more

We came in with our family (of 8) today and were given the royal treatment. They cared for us like we were their own. Best staff I have EVER witnessed @ "Wing Stop" or anywhere. The food was great too. LOL! Whatever these guys are making Is not enough. Thank you for the great experience read more

I went in and made a to go order. The woman told me it would be 18 minutes. 45 minutes later I asked about my order and they found it sitting on a counter. I asked how longer it had been there and she said I didn't know and walked away. It had been there at least 20 minutes. All the manager did was ask if my order had fries. I said no and she said the food would still be hot. 1. No it wasn't. It was cold and gross. 2. I care more about them wasting my time and the rude service. read more

This location is so hood, the guy at the cash register especially. It smelled like weed when picking up my order too.

Service gets worse and worse at this place. I will not be back. Online order, paid at register, Waited, waited... others that come 15 min. after got served. I visit Wingstop pretty regularly and will continue to do so. They offer decent-to-good wings at a decent price with decent customer service. I highly recommend the Cajun wings if you're into spicy. They're just a tad hotter than Original Hot. Their fries have some sugar on them, if you get the original seasoned fries. Last time I was there, I asked for cajun fries, and I don't think I'll do that again. Not that they were bad; just that the original seasoned ones are so good! I prefer to dip them in honey mustard. 8/10 - Mainstay. Will definitely return and recommend. read more

The blonde head male manager needs to find a new job. Downgrading your employees in front of customers is so unacceptable had to come back twice before food was done correctly and still wasn't done correctly I just took it and left , the crew needs better leadership . My experience today has soured me forever. I placed order online and when I arrived I was told it wasn't ready by the time it said it would be ready. I waited patiently 20 minutes before approaching the counter to ask for a refund (as I saw everyone else get their food that had placed their orders after I came in). When I asked for a refund the staff checked all the bags at the counter and mine was there the whole time. I was offered a shady refund via phone and I left without any food. Will never eat here again. read more

Wing stop in NLR have always been HORRIBLE! The employees are never friendly, and even go out of their way to be rude. The food is horrible. You have to make sure that your wings are completely done. I had an issue with one of the employees throwing a ranch sauce at me. I had my child with me, and would have gone over the counter if I didn't. I tried to contact the owner to complain. He never responded to me. If there was a way to boycott this place, I would lead it. I gave this business a 1 star because a 0 star wasn't an option. read more

Be advised NEVER eat at this "restaurant!" I recently had an insanely horrible experience. They gave me the wrong order and refused correct it when I called them. I will never set foot in another wingstop as long as I live. read more

Received the worth customer service at this wing stop I have experienced threw fast food my whole and trust me I live off fast food and restaurants. Place a simple 8 piece wing order combo . And received the wrong order when I told the worker it wasn't correct . She then said "no thats what u order " I reassured her that I didn't order that and she didn't respond and quickly got the manager after debating with the manager for about 3 minutes. She told me if I wanted the wings im saying I ordered then I would have to pay for then granted I have already paid 11.92 for the wings that I have no interest in eating . I said no way in a stern matter . She then said I was being out of line and needed to leave before she called the police . the whole time with a big smile on her face . I left the wings on the counter and I will never return . I never would of thought in a million years that a fry cook would be able to treat a customer the way she did . I felt very embarrassed and left very irate and hungry . It's like they openly robbed me of my hard earned money and there was nothing I could do about it. read more
