So at first glance you would think this place would have great wings! And generally speaking they do. However something just feels lackluster about their food with much to be desired. Lemon pepper at first bite was really good but was very salty to a point they were just not edible after a couple wings. Korean Q was the shining star which is the reason for the 3 stars. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is probably our 3rd time visiting this specific location. Every single time we have had to wait for our food. I like to give restaurants a second chance and even a third chance sometimes if we had a bad experience, because we might have gone on a bad day or whatever. This last time though, was the last time I'll ever visit this location. I placed an order at exactly 7:53pm. The email I received said it would be ready in about 16-21mins. I waited in my car & went in and sure enough, there was already a line of people waiting on their food. I knew then that it was going to take a minute for us to get our food but I waited. And waited. And waited. While I was waiting, the employees were in the back, messing around with each other, on their phones, dancing, and such.. as the line was extremely long. People were getting aggravated and started to show their frustration because these employees had no sense of urgency whatsoever. They were extremely rude and the manager on duty was very unprofessional. After over an HOURRRR of waiting, I got frustrated and asked to please cancel my order as it was past 9pm now. The girl that was handing out the orders was laughing and talking badly about customers in the back. I requested a refund and was just told to write my name down and number and I did, he took a picture, and told me he would call his manager to get it refunded as he's talking to his friend and laughing (his friend got there and ordered there after I did, yet his food was ready before mine was & I placed an order online) Manager was extremely unprofessional & was no help at all. The place is disgusting. The staff is rude and they're always packing the food after touching their hair and their phone, and they act like you're being unreasonable when asking for a refund after waiting for over an hour. We got lemon pepper, atomic, Louisiana rib, and the new Korean Q. Cooked well done, all flats of course! (Drummies are gross). We also got regular fries and their new fried corn. I think I've found my new favorite side!! The wings were fried to perfection and drenched in butter and plenty of seasoning. The fries were okay, standard skin on, double cooked. The fried corn was small corn on the cob basted in Cajun seasoning and I ended up eating them all. This is our go to place when craving wings and so far, the food and service haven't been bad! I visited Wingstop today after making a online order and when i got to the store i wasnt greeted or asked if i needed to place a order i was just looked at then finally after standing at the desk i was ask for my name for the order. After waiting another 30mins i get my order that was sitting for a while but they didnt come back to check on me till that moment. I was giving a wet flavor for my wings when i order a dry rub. The employee argued that the order was right but i argued it cant be cause this is sauce and not a dry rub. I waited for my replacement but during other customers had to wait for the manager to come out the back which took another 20mins for him to start taking new orders and during this time i asked if my order was being replace. The employee told me she was supposed to make it but the manager had to do something else so i had to wait another 30mins before just requesting a refund. One of the young female employees was refilling ranch cups and repeatedly was licking her fingers in between cups. I waited a total of a hour and 30mins in the store.
