Went today with a group of 20 ladies, right when they opened at 11:00. I got the New York strip, with baked potato, and it was cooked to perfection. The steak was just as I ordered and the potato was nice and fluffy. They brought out extra butter for the table when someone asked and any other request were taken care of promptly. They made sure to note where each person was sitting so when the food came out they knew right were to go with it. The end of the meal they brought us out several to go boxes, and also came around with to go cups for anyone that wanted. They had no issue at all with giving us individual tickets, and did not auto add tip. They did make sure to let us know they did not add in a tip. I like that because I tipped more than what they would have auto added. There was no confusion on who go which tickets because they had made sure to note where each person was sitting. I arrived in 20 minutes and then waited another 15- 20minutes after having to ask twice about it. I watched as other orders were not right and tickets were missing. Finally I was given a box in a bag and I paid without checking first (my mistake). When I got in the car and looked it was a loaded cheeseburger and tater tots. I took it back in and returned it- the lady with shorter hair said "oh I bet that is his order". The lady cooking asked what I ordered and said she did not have a ticket, but could make it in 5 minutes- by that time I was sadly discouraged and told them no thank you.
