This is only based on the online ordering for this location. My work was on this side of town so we decided to order online and pick up. When we got there everything was ready for us which was great. When we got back to the office, we noticed that we paid for extra ranch, extra veggies and a extra side of fries, which were all missing. We didn't bother to call because most likely they would've told us to come back and I'm not driving back there for a couple of dollars. I have them 3 stars because the food tasted just how it's supposed to taste, and I love WingStop, but what I would suggest for other people ... ALWAYS ALWAYS check your order BEFORE you leave. Food, Service and wait time. Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience today. I put in an order for the $16.99 boneless meal deal, and an extra 5 boneless wings around 4:50 pm. The order was to be picked up at 7:00 pm. My fiancé got into the establishment around 7. When he got to the counter, a tall thin white gentleman helped him and told him he did not see the order and can he see the online receipt. This is the second time back to back that we were asked to see the online receipt. The food was not ready and he stated that they were 2 hours behind. Which you guys need to let people know on the website if you all are two hours behind. Unlike when you call in the recording says to skip the wait, to order online and when you arrive the wings will be ready. That is false advertisement, because not only were they not ready, they were not even being cooked. If I order online and 2 hours before the time, I expect my order to be ready at the time specified. We saw people who came in after us get up and go to the counter to ask about their food and then they were immediately handed food. I stopped using this location awhile back due to the lack of professionalism but my daughter choose to order from here on 6/29/2024. Once the order was placed I arrived at the store within 45 min. Once I pulled up about 4 of the employees was outside talking laughing (nothing wrong with that) however one person was in the kitchen working so I'm sure not everyone gets a break at the same time. She then went to the back office for about 15 minutes come back and says "your done you'll get your refund" I then asked for a receipt of proof, she rolls her eyes and snaps at me and says "oh no we don't do receipts you'll get a refund". I was amazed with her attitude as if I'm just inconveniencing her life. I asked for name (Ciara maybe not spelled that way) here it is the next day no confirmation.
