Every time we order we get the wrong stuff. Today they gave us 14 tenders when we ordered Bone in so we call they say they'll remake it and to bring the tenders in. They remake the exact same way giving us tenders again!!! Oh and the original container of tenders that we got and opened and touched when we were seeing if the bone in ones were under it are being given to other customers!!!!!! What? How's that sanitary at all. Worst wingstop ever!!! read more

Amazing food and service, an employee named Jocelyn helped me pick a new flavor and was kind, sweet, and mindful throughout the whole process. The atmosphere was very fun and exciting, being able to cheer on my favorite basketball team whilst waiting for my food. When my food was done, Jocelyn brought my food out to me and wished me a good meal! The food was cooked perfectly and i would definitely recommend going to this wingstop. Great job wingstop and great job Jocelyn!! read more

Waited over 45 minutes for my order. Every time I come here they are just so painfully slow. Even people who called in orders waited forever. Try and do better wing stop, no one should have to wait that long for chicken read more

So upset we left our paid food behind. We arrived at 3:44 and the cashier was not in a great mood or welcoming. We were the only ones in line. There was only one couple sitting at a booth when we were finally attended. We ordered and paid about $45.00 and after 45 -50 minutes of waiting and watching people come in a leave with orders I approached the cashier and asked about our order to which he just turned and walked away. Then a few minutes later said "It will be 8 more minutes." We were very hungry and disappointed in the service at this store. WE GOT UP AND LEFT OUT PAID MEAL Because of this. It was filthy and the young lady that was in the back never came to offer support to the guys in front who clearly did not know what they were doing. I have never had such a horrible experience at a Wingstop in my life. thumbs down ! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! We read more

They suck! It smell's inside that restaurant! The Prices are too high! The wings taste like , I just can't believe how bad it was ! And the fries were so greasy! Never again will I eat there !!! read more

Highly recommend having QSC check in on this store immediately!! First- the store itself was filthy, nothing stocked at the drink station, out of most all of the drinks in the coke machine. Every surface was sticky. We were quoted 45 mins for our wings and there were only 3 tickets on the line. I watched two baskets of chicken sit over the fryer for more than 10 minutes until the only girl saucing put them all in a bowl and moved them to the line and took another 15 minutes saucing. The cashier was rude and everyone in there seemed to be on opioids. It was very strange in there and after watching them handle multiple orders, I decided to leave my paid for food because I did not feel comfortable eating food prepared by these people. Do not waste your time going to this place...... the person dropping the chicken was also saucing, bagging, and making door dash drinks and never once washed her hands in the 30 minutes I watched her. The health dept needs to get in there quick before someone gets seriously sick from eating at this establishment. read more

My wings are always undercooked when I order. NEVER FAILS. I love Wingstop and give it chance after chance. And every time I am disappointed. They have terrible customer service and made me wait 45 mins for new wings, even though I asked for a refund so I could just get something else to eat. Stay away ‍ P.S the wings in the photo aren't eaten. I just picked open everyone to see if any were salvageable. There wasn't any. read more

Wingstop - Satisfied - Chicken Wings Near Me - Kingsville, Texas

Somehow I let my co-workers talk me into going here for lunch. I told them that I hate fast food wings, but they insisted that this was not that. In short, they lied. The wings tasted like boiled chicken dipped in sauce. I tried the mango habanero and the garlic parmesan, both were bland. The fries were extra soggy and ended up in the trash. On the positive side, their beverage dispenser was nice, but not nice enough for me to visit again. read more

I went into this place to order wings Since I was at a town I found out that this place is the worst customer service for wings in Kingsville Texas. I would not recommend this place to anybody going through kingsvolle Texas or living in Kingsville Texas. I would rather go somewhere else and get a better food and better customer service than this place called wingstop I will never go again the workers are there are awful rude crude and inconsiderate towards their customers.. I do not recommend this place to anybody read more

The Wings and tenders are quite delicious I often find myself ordering them, however the fries are never crispy which disappoints me and the prices are a bit high. I really enjoy the sauces they are quite yummy. Wingstop is a great place to get you some chicken wings I will order from them again. read more

Wingstop - Gota get drunk on sat night! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Kingsville, Texas

This place is well run and shows it from the moment you walk in and are greeted with a cheerful hello; the kitchen is visible through a window from the dining room and is clean; the staff happy; and clean restrooms. A refreshing change from the normal chain feel. read more

Love wingstop but some bitch fucked up my wings and overcooked them. So she replaced them with wings I didn't order- like girl if I wanted those wings, I would've ordered them.. tf read more

My gf and I got food poisoning last year from here. Didn't even get a refund. Decided to give it one more chance the other week and Employees are unprofessional and make the atmosphere uncomfortable. Cleanliness was bad. It was dead and all the tables were still dirty though there was 10 employees in the kitchen. Never going here again. read more

I figured this place needed updated reviews. I admit that I almost didn't want to stop here based on the low reviews but they are from a year ago. I walked in on a Thursday around 3pm and ordered 24 wings with large fries. The initial customer service with the cashier was great. There was a full staff working the back (about 3 others) putting together other orders. I waited maybe 12 minutes for my entire order to be completed. It was a steady pace of customers when I walked in. In the end, everything came out delicious and up to par with other Wing Stops I've been to. I will definitely be returning here. Glad I went in to get my own opinion on this business. read more

Nasty dried out wings, cold too. Just horrible. Was not impressed. I had the bone in wings. Waited over 20 minutes for nasty dried out wings. Will not go back. read more

Wings are good They fulfill your request and are nice about it They're the only wing stop in town so sometimes the wait is a little long read more

Came here to order some togo food before the Rockets game one night and the line wait wasn't bad at all. This location is located right across the street from your local walmart and is pretty easy to get to from the A&M Kingsville campus. I was quickly met by the cashier and she handled my order very professionally. I ordered both traditional wings and boneless for the crew. Flavors here are good, just know what flavors you want. I always get the garlic parm, lemon pepper, hawaiian, and the mango hab. Alot of people rave about the sweet potato fries, i dont really care for them, but i do like the cajun fries and always order one of each. This wingstop in particular always hooks it up with more food than usual! They also have great service and my food is always hot and fresh to eat when I'm there and when I get togo food. I've never had any problems with them and would def come here again in the future. read more

On my way home I stopped at my nearest Wingstop and I was upset. I made an order 50 mins ahead of my arrival time and I got there and they had me waiting 5 more minutes. Regardless i was hoping to enjoy my wings. However if you like your wings soaked this place isn't the best at this. My wings were dry and hardly had any sauce which made me upset. read more

I ordered on my app and on the positive side my order was correct .. and on the negative side I ordered time ahead on my app so it would be ready by the time I arrived I showed up 5 min after time for my food to be ready and I still waited about 15 minutes extra for my food. I was on a time schedule and I will definitely not be ordering from here anytime soon!. read more

Our host, Larissa was speaking so fast I don't even know how I placed my order. My meal took 35 minutes which is pretty ridiculous considering my meal consisting of 8 wings and fries. The cooks don't use gloves. The host just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. read more

This is the slowest Wingstop location I've ever been too. It took 45 minutes to get our order, and there were less than 10 people in the restaurant. When we finally did get our order the boneless wings were hard and dry. We sent them back, and they didn't want to replace them at first because it was too close to closing time. The customer service is seriously lacking from the night manager. read more

On a positive note, the quality of the food has been fairly good each time we've eaten here. However out of the 3 times we've ordered from this location, 3 times it took approximately 40 minutes for wings for 2 people (dining in, not takeout) And unless they had an insane amount of to-go orders each of the 3 times we came, it didn't appear to be busy. Also on our most recent visit, one of the cooks frequently came out to talk to his friends who were eating in the dining area and even brought free food to them at one point, while some in our group had been waiting more than half an hour for their food. I would understand a long wait for food occasionally when it is busy or at a more formal restaurant but they classify themselves as a 'fast casual food'. I wouldn't say that I'd never go back but absolutely recommend calling in your order ahead of time. read more

Its the all american average wing place, However my reason being for the three stars is they are very un-organized and it took over 45 min to get my food both times ive been there on a slow night, now come on guys all your doing is frying some chicken wings and tossing them in sauce, Ive been served quicker at 5 star establishments. Food is good just the overall service is gonna be my reasoning for not returning read more

The food was great the wait time wasn't, I waited almost 30mins for a 8 boneless wing meal.

I've been going to this wingstop for years now and in my opinion they have the best wings in town. Have never had a problem with this place whatsoever. The food has always been given to us in a reasonable amount of time. The only exception has been when they are extremely busy but even then it's understandable. Would definitely recommend! read more
