I also witnessed an employee sniffing food before packaging it, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. My fries were forgotten, and when I went back for them they were undercooked and simply sprinkled with Cajun seasoning. The corn was mushy and overall food quality was poor. Made and online order for 40 wings family meal. Regrettably didn't check order before leaving. Discovered I had 8 wings an 2 tenders. Called them and asked them to remake my order and I brought the wrong order back. When I arrived 30 mins later after speaking to them on the phone they had given my order away again. Ordered via the iPhone app and the Doordash driver dropped off. Only they didn't have all of the food ordered. They also don't answer the phone listed in the app or on the Wingstop website. I was able to get the doordash driver and ask where the other food was and they tried to say they don't have any responsibility because the bags are sealed. Even though a receipt with all of the items listed is a sticker on the bag. I order for pickup every time and every time I have to wait between 1-1/2 to 2 times the estimated wait time for my food. Tell me how my food isn't fresh when I get it as it is finished. I order boneless wings and they aren't even hot when I get them. The sauce isn't even covering the wing's, like they are trying to save money by half assing it. The place is always loud when I go in there so you basically have to sound like you're telling your information to the cashier, who is hard of hearing already. The fella's in the back look like they are having a great time, sitting around, talking and on their phones. The food has never disappointed. Wait times given online through their website (and doordash) give unrealistic times for when food is ready. This usually only has happened on the weekend for me. If it says 30 minutes expected wait time, expect it to really be an hour and a half. Other than that, it's a good wingstop and the people up front try to be reasonable and courteous. More than a dozen customers waiting for their orders at the store. The kitchen staff was working hard and as fast as possible, we can all see that. The lady at the front though is tired and cranky and customer service is out the window. I cancelled the order, but the manager can't even give a cancellation confirmation. So 1st of all I've had wingstop before, so I know they are known for good chicken. However this wingstop just opened up on Main Street in hopemills. We ordered the 15 piece for 2, comes with 15 pieces of chicken, fries and 2 drinks. So when we got our food it was cold, but then I realized before the Uber driver lest that we didn't have any drinks. But clearly we paid for 2, it says it on the receipt... the Uber driver says they didnt give us any drinks.... That is unacceptable!!! it's the Uber drivers responsibility to make sure they have it right!!! As well as wingstop!!!! This is poor customer service!!! And you guys just opened!!! And whatever salt you put on the fries, stop!!! it's disgusting!!!
