We are regulars at wing stop. This time was the best. The wing were a good size and perfectly seasoned. Garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and the new honey lime - all delicious. Like any takeout restaurant- go early enough in the day or evening to get your food hot and fresh. read more

When I went in, there was smoke everywhere my loaded fries were burnt the wings were almost burned and they only gave me two instead of four ranch read more

The wings have been cooked for perfectly for me. The service was fast and accurate! This was a good little wing spot.

This place is a joke. Everytime I order here my order takes forever, and for what? Wings that tasted like absolutely nothing. I ordered Honey Hot and Mild neither had ANY spice, and the Mild didn't even have sauce on it. It looked like they just waved the wings near the sauce and called it a day. read more

I arrived shortly after opening and the doors were still locked. Once inside, staff were on their phones with AirPods in and ignored me when I asked for my drink, only responding after I repeated myself multiple times. I also witnessed an employee sniffing food before packaging it, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. My fries were forgotten, and when I went back for them they were undercooked and simply sprinkled with Cajun seasoning. The corn was mushy and overall food quality was poor. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend this location. read more

Made and online order for 40 wings family meal. Regrettably didn't check order before leaving. Discovered I had 8 wings an 2 tenders. Called them and asked them to remake my order and I brought the wrong order back. When I arrived 30 mins later after speaking to them on the phone they had given my order away again. The lady that I spoke to at the register walked out the back door a couple times. I thought she just quit. I waited another hour and still no food. My order was lost once more after that. Total time spent 3 hours and no food. They said they're unable to refund right away and it would take 7-10 business days. read more

Ordered via the iPhone app and the Doordash driver dropped off. Only they didn't have all of the food ordered. They also don't answer the phone listed in the app or on the Wingstop website. I was able to get the doordash driver and ask where the other food was and they tried to say they don't have any responsibility because the bags are sealed. Even though a receipt with all of the items listed is a sticker on the bag. There is no way to get issues resolved with Wingstop local or Wingstop Corporate because they ASSUME all orders are turning out great. read more

Worst, slowest, most forgetful team of employees ever witnessed in a Buffalo Wild Wings. The ambiance is one of subpar performance backed by terrible guest services! Do not recommend! read more

Horrible staff. Ordered online 45 min b4 my pickup. I arrived to find no one up front. It took them 5-10 min to come up front and Ask if I was here for pickup all the while laughing That no one wanted to go upfront. When said my name the employee started to look for my order And then went back to "work" all the while laughing in back I said want refund and was told You have to get that online. Horrible service Never will I ever again. Too many wing places can get better service elsewhere not refunded or Contacted after reaching out to them read more

Horrible. We were so excited that this location opened so we didn't have to drive all the way to skibo anymore. Well jokes on us because this location sucks. We have ordered here multiple times and almost every time something is wrong. Tonight we ordered a 40 piece family meal. 3 "remade" orders later and we still had no food. After 3 hours. When you place an online order it will tell you 16-21 minutes EVERYTIME. THIS IS A LIE. You will be waiting at least an hour no matter what. 10/10 do not recommend, unless you want luke warm wings and no seasoning on your fries. read more

I order for pickup every time and every time I have to wait between 1-1/2 to 2 times the estimated wait time for my food. Tell me how my food isn't fresh when I get it as it is finished. I order boneless wings and they aren't even hot when I get them. The sauce isn't even covering the wing's, like they are trying to save money by half assing it. The place is always loud when I go in there so you basically have to sound like you're telling your information to the cashier, who is hard of hearing already. The fella's in the back look like they are having a great time, sitting around, talking and on their phones. The "lobby" is always full.... of people that look like they hate that they ordered food from here. read more

I ordered the wings at 6:48 they were supposed to be ready at 7:03 at 7:43 I was just walking out the door. The wings were small and the fries were cold but it was a lot of them. If management would have come out and said we're short handed please be patient and not just leave the two young ladies out front to deal with the angry stares from the customers. No one apologized for the wait very disappointed in the quality of the food and service. read more

Sat waiting for my food and it was complete the whole time. Place is a joke I've been multiple times and you always wait x2 or longer than your food Is projected. Waste of money and you get soggy food. Place stinks like cheese no cap read more

The food has never disappointed. Wait times given online through their website (and doordash) give unrealistic times for when food is ready. This usually only has happened on the weekend for me. If it says 30 minutes expected wait time, expect it to really be an hour and a half. Other than that, it's a good wingstop and the people up front try to be reasonable and courteous. There's probably a disconnect with the cooks or something regarding times read more

best wingstop in the Fayetteville/hopemills area very clean and top tier service from everyone especially jasmine

The reviews on this Wingstop and all other ones in NC had me scared but it is not bad. Ordered an hour ahead of time and it was ready for pick up when we got there. Nice young man helped us. Small place in a strip mall and no dining in area. read more

Wingstop in Hope Mills NC is the worst. I waited an hour and 10 minutes for my order. Checked my order it was wrong and fries was cold. I went back in to get a refund no apology or anything. There was some one working in their pajamas. He was bagging food and fixing food. At one point he had to fix a broken down and did not wash his hands went back in the kitchen! Just nasty and unsanitary!!!! That place sucks!!!! read more

Order online, waited an additional 15 minutes for order. Get home, part of order missing and the remaining did not have the correct sauce on wings. I tried to call, no one will answer the phone. I have only order from this location once before, but will not go again. They also, need to wear some type of head covering while preparing the food. But, I am sure management does not care. read more

WILL NOT be back‼ I ordered the small combo of 6 dry lemon pepper wings with extra cook time. The wings were WET and looked raw wasn't well done at all. If I wasn't too tired I would have taken it back but it wasn't worth my gas. The Skibo location always gets my order right so I guess I'll have to drive farther next time if I want Wingstop again.‍ read more

The wings may be good but is it worth 2 hrs wait? I placed an order online and the email confirmation said ready in 48-53mins. 1 hr and 45 mins later, order is not yet ready. More than a dozen customers waiting for their orders at the store. The kitchen staff was working hard and as fast as possible, we can all see that. The lady at the front though is tired and cranky and customer service is out the window. I cancelled the order, but the manager can't even give a cancellation confirmation. If you still intend to order from them, I suggest you order 3-4 hrs prior to pick-up, have lots of patience and tolerance. Definitely not "fastfood", and no deluxe service there. read more

2 hours. Still no food. Do not order wings from here and if you do, absolutely don't order delivery. Two hours and the driver hasn't left the store because they are waiting on another order even though the order is ready (took over an hour from when placed). Absolutely trash service from both wingstop and door dash. read more

Bad service took longer than what was promised, looked like people were just hanging out in the back. Unprofessional

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered food from here a week ago and got food poisoning. First and last time eating there.

If you order here, expect to wait an hour or two for your order to be ready. I placed an online order to be picked up at 7 pm. Go in at that time , they don't have it done. Thirty minutes go by and asking for my food, they state "they're still working on it". Still waiting for my food an hour goes by, still haven't received my order. Kept waiting to finally be given my order at 8:05 pm. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would . The service was terrible, the chicken was dry and i didn't receive the three fountain drinks or cajun corn i ordered.. I will not be wasting my money on this location again . I am severely dissatisfied as i love wingstop, this location changed my mind.. i feel sick after eating. This location needs to be shut down immediately ! very disappointed . read more

So 1st of all I've had wingstop before, so I know they are known for good chicken. However this wingstop just opened up on Main Street in hopemills. We ordered the 15 piece for 2, comes with 15 pieces of chicken, fries and 2 drinks. So when we got our food it was cold, but then I realized before the Uber driver lest that we didn't have any drinks. But clearly we paid for 2, it says it on the receipt... the Uber driver says they didnt give us any drinks.... That is unacceptable!!! it's the Uber drivers responsibility to make sure they have it right!!! As well as wingstop!!!! This is poor customer service!!! And you guys just opened!!! And whatever salt you put on the fries, stop!!! it's disgusting!!! And to top it all off I've even been calling to see if I could get my drinks or even compensation for my order not being completed and you guys don't pick up the phone!!!!! I will never order from here again!!! read more
