This was the first time coming to this location and they got half of my order wrong. I have a slightly big family and so I always check my food at every restaurant before I leave. (I've learned my lesson trusting a food place to get my order correct). So I walked in and they were just bagging it up, so I tried to stop them in their tracks since I check everything anyways. ( I was trying to help them out). But everything pretty much was packed up. Let me say normally when I go into an establishment and want to check my food, the workers always help me check and explain what entree is what. This place and the workers were totally opposite. The girl at the front just stood there. She didn't help me at all. I had 4 bags full of food and she just stood there until I told her what was wrong. And waiting for them to fix the orders that were messed up, my other food was getting cold. It was just a complete mess. I tip too so that could of earned them a tip just to help me out with checking my food. There was other customers there that seemed to be waiting and aggravated on how the place was operating. I don't know if management changed or cooks changed but I always had great experience until recently. I ordered a 50 piece pack (atomic, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub) and they were all flavorless and undercooked. Also I'm glad I checked my bad because they forgot to give me all of my dips that I had ordered (and paid for). When I asked for another dip, the employee said under her breath "I put 4 in there" and I told her that in the two bags there were 4 ranches in one bag and 3 hot sauce in the other. Cleaned off a table myself so at least we could sit. Waited 35 minutes for food. Zero staff came out to clean the tables. I assume they were busy as there was a lot of people standing and waiting. Have you ever been to a franchise fast food restaurant? Then been to another fast food restaurant of the same franchise? Well that's pretty much what eating at a Wingstop (or McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, etc) is like. Still don't get what I mean? Well let me just say the wings tasted just like any other wings I've had at other Wingstops. I prefer the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan and they were quite delicious. Go for Bone-In so you know you're getting meat all from chickens and not reconstituted misc chicken meat that is the Bone-less chicken. This particular Wingstop was a bit busy (probably time of day - evening) and the tables were a bit greasy. There seemed to be more than enough crew members behind the counter, but no one stepped up to give the tables a good wipe down. Not a big deal (at least for me) since we're not at a gourmet, sit down, high falutin, top shelf establishment. Anyhow, if you're hankering for wings then I would definitely go to Wingstops as opposed to Buffalo Wild Wings. Just keep in mind that it really only has Wings and nothing else really. Visited this location today with my 3 daughters ranging in age from 4-22. Long story short this place plays the music so loud you cant even have a conversation or even think. During my lunch as I'm enjoying the music I hear one of the lyrics say " LET ME SHOT THIS NIG@! IN THE HEAD" and you can figure out were it goes from there. Next song come on and this one says "LET ME SLIDE MY DI#$ INTO HER WET PU!@Y". Now I have had it. Request to speak to a manger and she was so busy doing nothing she didn't have time to talk to me. Visited this new location with my family on a Friday night around 9 o'clock and it was a bit busy. We wanted our wings, we were willing to wait, no problem. As soon as the cashiers were done taking the other guests orders, one of the employees called my mom and I up to the register to take our order. Since it was my first time, I still needed a second to look at the menu and decide what I want. The cashier, Beth, seemed annoyed by this. We ordered the 24 piece family meal, half bone-in and half boneless. My mom had a few questions about the different flavor sauces offered and she seemed even more annoyed that she was asking questions. There was barely any eye contact made and it was as if she just couldn't wait until we were done placing our order. Anyways, we placed our order and sat down at a table that we were lucky enough to grab. We originally placed our order for dine-in, but ended up getting it to-go instead. After waiting for about 15 minutes or so, our meal was given to us in a brown paper bag and you could tell by how hot it was that the food was made fresh. The chicken was great, both bone-in and boneless. It was fried to the point where the crisp remained after being doused in all the sauce. Nobody likes soggy wings, am I right? My favorite was of course the Lemon Pepper. Garlic Parmesan was delicious as well, there was just the right amount of garlic. Hickory Smoked BBQ was nice and sweet! I'm not sure if I'm a complete fan of the fries... They tasted a little sweet. Wingstop's ranch dip is so good! Why can't I ever find that kind of ranch in stores? Anyways, I probably would've given this location a higher rating had it not been for the employee who took our order because the food was delicious!
