If I could, I'd give this trip to Wingstop a zero stars. I've been trying to place an online order for the past 20 minutes at 11:00PM. They close at midnight. I tried calling 3x with no answer. I just decide to go to the store to place the order in person. I arrive at 11:20PM, remember they close at midnight, so in 40 minutes. I was told the online ordering has been down all day and it's "too late" to place an order. Really. With 40 minutes until close, you can't take another order. Just seems lazy and losing money. Mind you, there's 4-5 employees just sitting on the counter laughing it up when they don't close for another 40 minutes. Very poor customer service. 100% don't recommend this location. read more

Alright guys and gals, I've been gone from Goldsboro for a little over 6 months. The food, by at an undisclosed location, was very subpar, so to have Goldsboro welcome me with a Wingstop less than 5 minutes from my house and from my workplace is a huge plus!! I ordered a 10 piece (flats only or wings only) mango habanero and Korean Spice flavors. It was awesome! I think the Korean spice was an honest attempt at the typical soy garlic flavor you might see at BonChon or any other Korean fried chicken place. It was good, but I prefer the mango habanero, next time I'll probably go with something a little more spicier. The mango habanero is an even ratio of sweet and spicy. I'll def try it again, with other flavors and update my review. Since I cannot dine-in , I cannot comment on cleanliness or customer service so much. What I can comment on is that they were quick to deliver the order. They'll be seeing me and my dining table again. read more

On last night night 8/27/22 I decided I wanted some wings and it was about 9:00 so I knew most places was closed. I decided to stop by this place because my boys love this place sadly I was horrified at what I saw. I pulled up to the front and you literally can see into the kitchen so I sat a few minutes and waited because they were busy . I'm so glad I waited because as I watch I saw people handling and preparing food no gloves on not to mention constantly wiping their nose with their forearm like they had the sniffles. I saw one guy eating off something while preparing a order and one guy sneezed and went back to cooking and didn't wash his hands. The lady upfront answered the phone, checked people out and then got orders ready never saw her wash hands. Just say I drove and had no desire to catch something or get sick from these careless acts. Order last night using DoorDash. After taking longer than the estimated time, my meal arrived. The wings were fresh and nicely sauced. I had Garlic Parmesan and mild - both tasted delicious. The fries were the fair it ones and were plentiful. I had leftovers which tasted just as good the second day. Excited to have a good wing spot in Goldsboro besides Zaxby and definitely way better than East Coast swing (don't waste your time or money there - see my review). I've been addicted to wings lately and go to Wingstop twice a week. Won't be going back. The customer service is terrible and I keep trying to see past it. Thinking maybe it's a bad day but went back about five times but I guess jokes on me. And don't order over the phone the attitude is worse. I had to ask if they can repeat my order back and that was a difficult task but I'm glad I asked because it was wrong. Then the price was different than ordering online and when I asked to clarify why she was charging me $8 over she got annoyed and come to find out my order was still wrong. Lemon pepper wings hit EVERY TIME! Compared to when they first opened, it seems they've gotten in a groove and the initial hype has died down to allow them to operate efficiently. I really enjoy eating Wingstop, but this location is so hit or miss as far as customer service and food quality. The last couple times I've ordered wings, fries, and the corn. Wings tasted undercooked and very stringy, the fries were greasy as hell, cold and undercooked, and the corn tasted like it had been siting for awhile. The drink quality is very poor as well. This was terribly disappointing! We ordered 4 different flavors of wings, fries and corn. The fries and corn were good, nothing to write home about, but they tasted fine. The wings were horrible though. The sauces had all swam together inside of the box because the paper wasn't placed in a way that would separate them. They were overcooked and the sauces were incredibly oily. The chicken was like rubber and we had to gnaw it off of the bone and one the flavors was burnt. This was all after waiting over 30 minutes for our order to be ready when it said online it would be 13-18 minutes. Ordered online around 3:30pm for a 5:15pm pick up. Got there and they had no idea my order existed. They finally got my order started and I got it around 5:40pm. Got home, fries were delicious, the tenders were made correctly and one of the 2 sets of boneless wings were correct. I ordered original hot and started eating them and they had absolutely no heat, no flavor except plain wings. This was my first time eating there and I'm slightly disappointed.
