I ended up following my own advice of ordering online on any other day but Friday/Saturday night. The time I went after my review, they still messed up our order really badly. I order the boneless meal deal from here maybe once a month. This time like all the other times they seem to mess up or provide sub par food. The fries came out unevenly cooked. Some were cold and some were hot. How is that even possible?! They managed to mess that up. The 2 cheese sauce I ordered with the meal, I only got 1 in the bag. And it was not even filled to half. I ordered their large 32oz soda and was given a 20oz cup. I had to double check my receipt to make sure I wasn't making a mistake. Make sure you order ahead of time and do pickup. We stopped in and placed our order in store cause we were in the area, and we had to wait forever. Will never do that again, call ahead or ordering on the app only. The wings were just ok. A little on the dry side and small. They were very crunchy, I'm not sure if that was intentional or not. The sauces were decent. We went with the Bayou BBQ and lemon garlic since they were seasonal. Both of these sauces were just 2 of the regular flavors mixed together ( the Bayou bbq was hickory bbq mixed with Cajun, and the lemon garlic was Parmesan garlic mixed with lemon Pepper.) I would like to see the limited time sauce flavors a little more creative - maybe raspberry jalapeño, or blueberry bourbon or something like that. This is a HORRIBLE LOCATION. Workers on their phones and then touch food. Workers don't look presentable nor do they act it. When I walked in tonight at 8 pm, the female with braids and 2 other male guys working on the fryer were screaming, weather is was fun or not, wasn't pleasant. When I got there I went to order and the computers were apparently down witch resulted in me having to order online witch is understandable but when returning into the store to pick up my online order people were ordering at the register. When I finally asked about the order, the woman laughed and said it had been ready for at least 10 minutes. I was waiting in the store, and my receipt said waiting. Hello, on Friday 8/5/22 I placed my first order (11759520042713093) online and received a confirmation email at 8:47 pm. . I added a 20% tip. The delivery driver was perfectly pleasant and delivered the order within the window specified (48-53 mins) in the confirmation email. According to my Ring doorbell, the delivery took place at 9:37 PM. When I opened the order just moments later, I realized that I was missing the item ( 1X Large Thigh Bites). I called the store immediately and from two different phones for a total of six attempts from 9:50 through 10:03 pm. Each time I navigated the voice menu and each time my call ended as a timed-out disconnect. This is not acceptable considering the store lists as closing at 11:30 pm on their website. On top of that, the sauce I did get was flavorless. You would think that a Wing joint would have their blue cheese spot-on in terms of flavor and consistency. Not so here in Conshohocken, the blue cheese was so watered down (with actual water, not vinegar for thinning) that it actually tasted like water, looked like dishwater and it dripped off the wings like rainwater on a leaf. We are so disappointed in this experience and we really were looking forward to having a chicken Wing alternative to their direct competitor across the street. Flavorless wing sauce and milk water masquerading as blue cheese and not answering the phone on 6 attempts 90 minutes before closing...this place needs to start over and get the fundamentals right.
