This is the worst wing stop I've ever been to. I ordered my food online and pickup time said 718pm. I arrived at 715 and the cashier stated it will be done in 10 minutes. 750 my food was done. I asked for well done wings i did not receive them that way. I ordered fries some where old fries and others weren't cooked all the way. There was 4 people working. The Hispanic gentleman at the counter took our order and said it will be ready in 30 minutes. I waited over an hour for my meal. I would not have cared, but I picked up a friend who used one of his two hour passes that he gets in rehab to visit me. I spent that visit talking and waiting at wing stop. The gentleman who took my order saw I was upset and his lack of service and the lack of care in regards to my order will cause me to never go to wing stop again. Every time I go here I'm left with two impressions: Long waits and high prices. It's conveniently located in a shopping center near my job and I pass on my way to and from work. Opted for this place because BWW wasn't accepting online orders. This was my first time here and I used the online ordering option. It was very easy and my food was ready before the time quoted at checkout. Since my first time, I won't just much on the flavors or what not. But the wings were great, I got the half-n-half 10 ct. I've eaten here twice in the past two weeks. Both times, I ordered online. My orders were accurate, nothing was missing, and the service is very friendly. The food is always served hot and tastes great! Ive eaten at this location many times before these past two weeks and they've never let me down. Even if their restaurant is packed, they manage to get our order out to us at the time we set it to be picked up. I would definitely recommend eating here. read more

This is probably the worst Wingstop in the Springs. I suggest go somewhere else or anywhere else for wings. This place always gets your order wrong. You can call it in, order online or just go inside and order. I don't know how many time I've order here and it's always wrong. At first it's like one ranch missing if your lucky. Then it's the whole order such as wrong type of wings to wrong flavor and wrong amount. I'm done with this place. Also for getting the order wrong they'll ask that you bring in the order to verify that they got it wrong and then throw it away and the manager will call the cook in front of you and chew him out in front of you. It shouldn't be the cooks fault but the person up front checking your order. The manager should take full responsibility too for the fault but won't and blame others. I gave this location 3 stars because I had a lot higher expectations for them since we went in today about an hour after they opened I expected to get the best of the best and the fresh of the fresh. Well let's just start by the service was good our cashier was very nice. Our food tasted pretty good though flavor and all. The fries were just a little soggy here and there but still seasoned great. At this point you are wondering why am I complaining then right ? Well my complaint was out of all the Wingstop locations I've gone to here in the springs this was the first time I have ever gotten this small of wings it was super disappointing tbh because there was barely any meat on them. My 10 piece combo turned into a 6-8 piece combo quantity. I didn't check it at the time due to having faith in them being perfect since I had to go back to the cashier and ask for 2 extra ranches that cost me $2.38. He said "we are working on your order now ma'am" and I said " no worries I don't mind the wait as long as my food is great." He laughed and said " ours is always good.." so I thought I made that connection. Being that I worked at Papa Murphys for 7 years I took care of my customers like no other. Well I guess I was wrong we didn't get the hook up. I'll stick to the Stetson hills location because they are the best but are unfortunately so far from us. I love wings and one of the things I love about Wingstop is the milder flavor selections as I'm adverse to heat. Lemon Pepper is my favorite but I'll do the Louisiana on occasion. I find their fries way too salty and opt for veggie sticks instead. I also agree with other reviewers that prices are high for wings. I typically pay $10 for lunch which includes 8 wings, veggie sticks and a drink. In all honesty, though, that's pretty much lunch anywhere around here. They are slow as ef so if you think you're gonna come in, order and leave, think again. I usually order online around 11:40 if I want to pick up around noon. I suggest you do the same. read more

When we received it there were many meals missing, I called to let them know I was on my way to pick up the rest of the order and was told I would need to call the manager on his cell to get it approved. Obviously not my job to do this and said I was on my way. Got there was told there was no manager, the women "in charge" was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. She called me a lair and a thief would not give me the missing food or a refund. Place was so dirty, no hair nets on the cooks 2 did not have gloves on, trash was piled up in the kitchen . First of all when I ordered the garlic and Parmesan wings (which everybody knows is made with garlic powder and Parmesan) and they made it with garlic SALT. I repeat SALT. Took 45 minutes for two orders, both 8 pieces. When it finally came out the fries and boneless wings were cold. The wings were hard and had almost no sauce, there was more sauce in the basket than on the wings. One order of fries was replaced with warmer fries, the new and the wings were so salty there were inedible. My daughter did eat a couple of the wings and she is now sick. I have been to this location three times. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I will NEVER go back t this location. This is the best place for wings! Everything is made to order which means a little longer wait time but not cooked and held under a heat lamp. All dressings are fresh made too! Real fries that have not been frozen and are super good especially with a side of cheese. Fresh rolls are the best and also fresh made! I like that these restaurants are family oriented and not really a typical "bar" type place but they do have sports on t.v. in the stores and serve beer that is lowest price I have found.
