Food is good, wings are good size. The mild or original hot wings are good as well the barbecue ones. The garlic Parmesan is too dry. The Cajun is not good. They put Texas Pete and some kind of Cajun seasoning. It does not taste Cajun at all ! They need to take a trip to New Orleans & taste real cajun food! Service is horrible, they have no customer service at all ! When they call the customers name to pick up your order , they only call you once! Can't even hear them call the names out ! The Food is always Hot and Delicious. This restaurant has never sent me an incorrect order nor have I ever picked up an incorrect order. The service can be slow. Yes. Also, the teenagers who work in the restaurant can be a little "clueless", but they are in fact teenagers and need good management. When I visited the restaurant last week after I ordered my beer the employee notified me that the beer fridge was not cold. Why would they allow a patron to order "warm beer" in the first place. It's just kids back there and they need some help ...that's all. They are short staffed. They do know how to cook the Wings and Fries, so that's the main thing. Parking lot is VERY small and is shared with another establishment. Food is generally correct; however I recommend you take your food to-go. The inside smells like old grease -- not very appetizing. I know this has turned into the norm -- but I've been to other places that only served fried food (i.e. chick-fil-a, Church's, etc.) and haven't had to worry about that smell. I really like it here but the service this last visit was just horrible! I decided to try the new loaded fries but if I had known it was going to take a half hour I would have just ordered something else. My friends ordered 6 wings each with fries and got their order before me! It was hard to get the employees' attention as they were in a rush for who knows what. It's really good here, and they have a little bit of a selection, there are mainly wings, burgers, and chiken strips. They have a lot of flavors from mild to atomic bomb. They have a lot of drinks, it's this machine that has all these different syrups, so it has like Gatorade to coke to Hi-C. Once i get there to pick my food up they tell me that they just saw the order and tell me its gonna take 20-25 minutes! Manager did not help at all and told me I had to wait! F**** that!!
