Received the wings and they were soggy and swimming in liquid. They were also cold. Called to get a refund and was told that that it was my fault for placing an online order. The boneless wings turned out to be a situation where the thing was less than the sum of its parts. The chicken was fine, and the spicy barbecue sauce was pretty good, but they absolutely drowned the poor babies and that was to their detriment. I ordered some follow-up chicken to test the "lava" sauce. This time I ordered the wings naked and asked for the sauce on the side so that I could control distribution a little. Much better. For some reason, the boca chica wing barn in Brownsville has had some of the worst costumer service. Wings come out with no sauce, undercooked, no flavor. I ordered lemon pepper wings and there was no pepper on them, no seasoning whatsoever, just plain old sauce. We payed $112 in total for 50 wings you would think maybe half of them will come out good, I was wrong. We spoke with mike the "manager" on the phone and he didn't manage shit. I'm a returning customer and the last 10 times that i've ordered they've gotten the order messed up in some way at least 4 times. That's a 60% customer satisfaction rate, not great.
