This place is so aesthetically pleasing - a blend of modern and rustic, ranchero (?). They honestly make me want to look into leasing at the apartments here. There's a bunch of seating areas and would be perfect for a group activity or to work individually. They are super friendly and helpful. Also, very pet-friendly place as well. I got the horchata latte - did not think you could blend classic Hispanic drinks into a latte - but it's surprisingly good. A latte with subtle notes of horchata without being ridiculously sweet. I did not try the foods, but they do offer tacos and pan dulces. Anyways, I came here to study. There's not a lot of outlets to let you charge your electronics besides the one closest to the walls for the areas dedicated to the Combi Cafe. The environment is quiet and has soft, ambient music.

Fresh, delicious food & friendly, quick service!…read more My husband and I were lucky to stumble upon Bloom & Grow while drinking beers at Copper Kettle Brewing. The food truck is super cute and the smells coming from it were mouthwatering enough to lure us in after a couple of beers. We opted to split the Front Range Nachos and oh my goodness...these were truly some of the most flavorful, unique nachos we've had! The mix of the perfectly roasted chicken, the pickled onions, the avocado crema, and the queso all on top of homemade kettle chips - YUM. 10/10 I would definitely get these again if we stumble upon Bloom & Grow in the future!

Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect my hopes. They said they make their burgers medium rare, which I'm all game for, but it came back medium well and dry. I was the first one to order after they opened, so maybe they left it on the grill a bit longer to get 3 burgers out of the pickup window at once. This was disappointing, but it was not the worst thing in the world. What is inexcusable is the fact that they left the wax sheet on the slice of cheddar. I bit into it and realized I had this wad of wax paper in my mouth. Not a pleasant experience, and a terrible oversight. After paying $12 for a burger, I'd expect for it to come back to my standards which are not ridiculously high. With these mistakes, I'd sooner go to a 5 guys than go back here. They were professional enough to offer me another burger when I explained their mishap. This gave one additional redeeming star, but after all that had happened, I just gave the 2nd burger to a colleague because I simply lost my appetite after having a wad of wax paper in my mouth.
