In past videos, you've seen how…read moreamazing the American Grill's burgers, cheesesteaks, and chili dogs are, but this is my first time trying their smoked meats. I went for the two-meat combo with smoked ribs and wings--the wings came with sweet chili sauce, and I used their signature BBQ sauce on the ribs. You also get two sides, so I chose mac and cheese and slaw. The service was excellent as always, and the hospitality felt just like being at a southern-style restaurant. The slaw was on the drier side but very tasty, and the mac and cheese was unlike anything local--unique and different in the best way. The wings were smoked to perfection, crispy with great flavor, and I tried their "yellow cap" sauce since it's recommended for chicken. The ribs were meaty, tender, and just as good as the wings. For a taste that reminds me of the South, the American Grill is the place to be. Big thanks to the owners and staff for consistently providing great food and service. Now starting out with the bites, you got 8 to an order, they had a nice breading to them, filled with the mac and cheese, hot out of the fryer. They were good for something different. Now the pizza looked amazing, also came out nice and hot. As you can see in the video that pizza had a nice number of toppings, from the peppers to the onions, to the mushrooms, this cut of pizza was packed with flavor you can't go wrong with this one. I have placed Christmas orders from iGourmet for the last 10-12 years. This year I placed a large…read moreorder intended for a family gathering at my house on Christmas Eve that was supposed to arrive at my house 6 days prior. Fed Ex tracking link did not work. I had to call customer service twice to be informed of the status of my order, and each time was given false assurance. When the delivery was already 4 days late, I finally received notice from Fed Ex that it would be delivered between 9 - 2 PM the following day. When it did not arrive within that window I received another notice from Fed Ex that it would be delivered by 8 PM on that date. Now two days after this notice from Fed Ex my order still has not arrived. I called iGourmet this morning to cancel my order and provide a refund. I will NEVER order from iGourmet again.

They are "trying" to ship by 12-30-24. This is the second time IGOURMET has dropped the ball for me. First time was 3 years ago to the same recipient, my BOSS! The value of this gift was almost $200.00. The value doesn't matter when it comes to delivering what is promised. They need to deliver what is ordered no matter what the cost. They offered me a 20% discount on my next order. They don't have to worry about me using the discount. In 2025 IGOURMET needs to come up with a tracking tool on it's web page, as well as maybe try to get ahead of problems such as they are experiencing. Their business model isn't all that difficult, but they seem to have a problem putting cheese, meats, crackers, and nuts in a small picnic basket and sending it out.
