There were six of us and we sat at the bar facing one TV she set up for us to watch the race on. There was one other group on the other side of the bar, about eight of them, I think. Everyone was eating and drinking and I, being the DD, was only allowed to have one drink per hour BOO. But, I made the most of it. Karen REALLY knows how to make an old fashioned and when I asked her to make one with her best Mezcal, she did and it was FABULOUS. My bestie, wanted a Mezcal cocktail, too and Karen made her one with apple and jalapeno that she loved. The boys drank giant beers. We also tried out some nachos, wings and my dad got a baked potato. The potato was the only disappointment in the experience because it was on the hard side, but otherwise, we had a fun afternoon and really enjoyed getting to know Karen. Its right next to Puerto Nuevo, so a nice place to have cocktails before your lobster dinner and ask Karen to make you something delicious. She really is awesome.
