I picked up my order and took it home only to find that I was given a Corn Beef Reuben. Since I don't eat red meat, this wasn't something I could ignore. I called the restaurant to notify them that I didn't receive the correct order. I went back (a 20 minute round trip in addition to the initial 20 minute round trip). I think they should have duplicated my initial order given my trouble in having to spend my time and gas money (especially these days) to return to the restaurant for my correct order. But they only gave me the correct Turkey Reuben without fresh fries and without a side of Thousand Island Dressing. I was too annoyed to even raise these issues, as I hadn't eaten all day and just wanted to go home and have a warm sandwich- even with cold fries. The restaurant was also very crowded when I went back the second time (ambiance is that of a bustling diner) and I just didn't want to deal with more time-consuming stress.
