Not only was there %80 congruency, but for the 2-3 dishes they didn't have they OFFERED TO MAKE THEM ANYWAY for us because they're amazing. The food was delicious and the portions are huge. They seemed to factor some amount of pineapple into nearly every dish (which I personally don't have a problem with, and I do tend to enjoy sweeter foods) so take this into account before ordering, or give them instruction to not add it if you're not into pineapple. Water wasn't bought to our table either and it was just a pain trying to get any server's attention once all the food had arrived. BTW, the reason I don't know the names of the dishes we ordered is because of our colleague is Chinese-American and we asked him to do the ordering for us. OK - I suppose I can deal with that one. Food selection seemed pretty authentic and varied with everything from chicken gizzards and duck tongue to tripe and intestine mince. They even had a decent vegetarian selection. I ordered the lamb with cumin and the pork ribs with prawns. Both were spicy but differently so. The pork noodles was excellent. Highly recommended!
