The park has a playground for children, which includes a jungle gym, swings, slides, etc. There are many benches around the play ground. Also, a picnic table and gazebo are available next to the beach volleyball net. This is the reason why the park is always busy during summertime. Many people have their parties here. Teens also come and play soccer and basketball during the day. The parking lot is large and private. There is a bike trail around the Beirman Park and the Heritage Lake. It's a very convenient for biking and walking. I come to this park with my children every other week during the summer to stay in shape and also enjoy the beautiful scenery, weather, and sounds of nature. Many people go fishing at the lake. I would recommend this park!!

There's tons of space for kids to run around, explore, and burn off energy without feeling crowded or chaotic. And if you need a little reset yourself, there's always a quiet corner waiting for you. Whether it's a walking path, a bench, or just a peaceful stretch of the gardens, it's one of those rare places where you can step away, clear your head, and just breathe for a while. Beautiful grounds, relaxing atmosphere, and something for everyone. I came for a walk and left feeling lighter. Cantigny really is a little escape hiding in plain sight.

I come with my dog but he does not like walking so we usually just go around the pond one time and go back home. Today I saw a young mother fishing with her daughter. I was saw happy to see her fish with real food instead of those rubber plastic fake bates. They make no sense. The fish are not stupid they know is plastic. Fishing is fun specially when you have real warms or food. Just be cautious when you are driving around that area because there is always a police patrol car ready to stop speeders like your truly that got pulled over but got away with a warning . I actually hugged the cop and thank him. I have not speed there and try to drive slow in general.

In the heart of Wheaton in a quiet residential area, this is a terrific playground for all ages (even Grandpa's!) Large sand area and several different play areas with challenges for kids of all ages. My 2 yr old does it all (a little of a daredevil) and loves the big sand box. They have a nice picnic area and a huge field if you wanted to play soccer, kickball, frisbee, etc. they also have a bike trail or sidewalk that goes all the way around the park so you can bike ride around or bring scooters. You can spend 10 mins here or several hours here. There's usually other kids (almost always) here that have always been super friendly and its never been too packed where it's not fun. I think this park has almost everything (besides a zip line) that you would want at a park! I'll be back here, as usually!
