They had no legit reason when I found out through my mom which just happened to be in the area to check on it...and claimed that they couldn't find my layaway when she inquired about it! I immediately called them and the owner had a foul attitude when I complained that they never notified me that my layaway was intended to be cancelled...so after a back and forth argument of how they completely disregarded my rights as a customer...I just used the credit from one cancelled piece and used the balance to pay off the other piece of jewelry.....I would not recommend purchasing any thing from these shister people who lack integrity when dealing with pressing customer service issues and their valuable money!
