Hmmm, Yet another way to spend some hard earned on
some great grape juice.
I like this place for several reasons; one it strays away from
dull, bland, insipid and mass commercial offerings, the hours
are pretty friendly, for instance it doesn't close absurdly early
like some other stores, and I'm guessing it's a bit of a time capsule;
it hasn't really changed inside, or at least, hasn't seemed to in the
past quarter century. It has that real old school look and feel,
as well as the sea grass/hessian flooring stuff.
But back to the wine. It's selected in small little areas, designated
for rationality, type and so-forth, and offers a good range of pricier
but much better wines. So maybe this is a good idea for a picnic
in Fawkner park, as a liquid lunch supplies shop. Alternatively,
