If it's a large order, like a case of wine, one of the guys always helps me carry it out to the car. (It's not that long of a walk, and I'm a strong lady...) Now that's service! He caught an attitude with me which included hand gestures and a shrug for my request. This store is located in a dead plaza with little to no traffic. I won't visit this store again and spend money there. There are much better stores in the area with better customer service.
