This is definitely a one stop if you have any entertaining needs. Liquor at CoolVines is definitely priced on the higher end, so just be aware. You won't find as many mainstream brands. They have a ton of local selection and funky brands that I have never heard of. It's always an adventure when I stop in. I mainly stick to wine when I'm making the trip to CoolVines. They have a ton of great bottles in between the 12-14$ range, and there is always a cool new option to try. The packaging on most bottles here is always adorable and make for great decoration on the bar. Whenever I give a bottle of wine as a gift I always come to CoolVines because they do a great job of wrapping the bottle up with tissue paper and ribbon. The man, an older Asian gentleman, watched us like a hawk the entire time we were browsing, making it clear we weren't welcome. It became so uncomfortable that my friend didn't even want to spend his money there. As we left, I told the man directly that it's wrong to assume the worst of people and that he should do better. Whether they want to admit it or not, Boulevard Liquor clearly profiles customers based on how they look. I will never go back -- and if you value being treated with basic respect, neither should you.
