I've finally made it to the Pig Pounder. It's large and open, which makes it perfect for hanging out without feeling cramped. Their beer lineup is solid with something for anyone. Honestly, I wasn't a fan of their lager. It was alright. However in their lineup was a pilsner alongside several IPAs and other options. Overall, it is a cool brewery with a comfortable atmosphere. Will be back to break into their other beers.

Every pour feels thoughtfully crafted, from crisp and refreshing lagers to bold, juicy IPAs and playful sours that practically do a little dance on your taste buds. The creativity here is truly on par with the best craft breweries anywhere. Flavor combinations feel adventurous without being gimmicky, and each beer tells its own delicious story. You can sense the passion behind every pint, like a team of happy brewmasters rooting around for the most delightful ingredients and turning them into liquid gold. The tap wall itself is a whimsical feast for the eyes, colorful, quirky, and bursting with personality. It perfectly matches the vibe of the beer, which is inventive, approachable, and seriously well executed. Whether you are a seasoned hop hound or just dipping your hooves into craft beer, there is something here to make you squeal with joy. In short, the quality is excellent, the creativity is top tier, and the whole experience is delightfully unforgettable. A must visit for anyone ready to embrace their inner party pig.

I don't like that so many of their activities have an added charge. $5/person for that poor excuse of a train ride is pathetic. Food was also expensive and mostly mid, but the brisket was pretty flavorful with good smoke on it. Live band was pretty disappointing and sound quality was poor. Would've preferred simple bgm or even silence. I like that they had big open space this year on the lawn, instead of parking cars there, to setup chairs and picnic blankets to watch the fireworks. I don't like, however, how short the show was. It was 18 minutes. That's pretty sad, tbh. I would've anticipated at least a half hour. That said, I'm sure I'll forget and do it all again next year so we can take the kids to see some fireworks again where it feels somewhat less congested than in other places. Charging to park the car for events just feels pretty cheap too. Like it's your property. How else would you like me to get there so I can spend money buying your food and doing your activities? I do hear the spooky walk is good during Halloween, though, so I'll have to try that.
