Bonus points for being pet friendly. They had great music playing, and the food trucks outside were a nice touch. I ordered two flights and honestly enjoyed everything I tried--lots of variety and solid flavor across the board. Overall, a really cool, off-the-beaten-path spot that's absolutely worth checking out if you're in New Orleans.

I have probably been a dozen or more times, and they are always changing things up. New IPA's, Pilsners, stouts, and sours about every time I go. This last time I went they had a habanero-pickle sour, but I was too big of a chicken to try it. Their Soft Focus DIPA was phenomenal, however. The inside is small, but the courtyard is a really cool place to sit even on a July afternoon as it is shaded with plants and umbrellas. They have different food vendors all the time and crawfish every spring. On our last visit, we had a really good Detroit style pizza. I will keep going because they are always trying to brew new beers and because it's my girlfriend's favorite brewery in Nola. If they still have the habanero pickle sour, I may even try it.

They have candles, diffusers and all kinds of home smell goods too. I came here for the Blue Elephant yellow curry and found a plethora of other items. I picked up some spices that I watch on many cooking shows. I found harissa, ancho Chile, and Chinese five spice....these are not found in local grocers. I love tea and currently looking for pau d'arco. While I couldn't find it here, there are a variety of other organic herbal teas to choose from. Of course where's there tea, there's coffee and liquor. Thought I'd just slip that in for the drunkards lol. So, heading to the register, I found an area with lots of baking goods. Since I'm learning new baking skills, I picked up some items to test them out. Naturally, homemade is always best but I was curious to see what a double butter pie crust mix entailed, so I got that too. This was my second time here and I actually like this store. I'm sure I'll be back but if you're looking for something different, you'll find it here.

They have a new app which I was surprised to find out I had three 10$ coupons awaiting me at checkout. I shop here for international food items and holiday must haves. Occasionally I will pick up some jewelry, a basket, bedding or greeting cards. They're British offering of food stuffs quenches my desires; I also grab my Christmas crackers here during the holidays. They also have one of the largest Haribo collections in the city and at one time this was the only place you could buy gummy bears. A little know secret is their "birthday cake" pancake mix. I'm addicted after receiving it from a friend. I now give it as a gift with a waffle maker for Birthdays, weddings and house warming gifts. The mix is perfect. Look it's not organic, it's named Birthday Cake flavor for a reason. The wine and beer selection is quite vast and they offer discounts on multiples. I just like this store, I always have, I always will.....maybe you will too?!

That's my loss. I did discover the store when I had to pick up some wine I had ordered after a wine and food pairing dinner my wife and I had attended. The Wine Seller has a nice selection of wines covering quite a few different price points. Before I picked up my previous order, I added a couple bottles of Spanish wines I was interested in trying. The service was excellent.

We would highly recommend this for any couple who wants a no stress alcohol vendor (and to slash costs) - it was an amazing deal! First, it is so affordable. If you are like us and on a budget for a wedding, but wanted that open bar feeling without shelling out thousands of $$$, the Wine Seller is a perfect choice. This was by far one of the most cost effective decisions we made. We ended up spending LESS than we had budgeted (a rare occasion for those of you who have planned a wedding), and a very reasonable cost per person for a 4 hour event. Also, the service is amazing. Everything was like 1 million times easier than in a traditional wedding vendor situation. No down payments 6-12 months out, and we could just figure it all out like 30 days beforehand. In fact, you don't even pay for the service until after the event .. AND best part, he will REFUND you for any unopened bottles which haven't been chilled so you can also save that way. Seriously, a wedding industry hack. Finally, Ben and his team were super easy to do business with - very chill, accommodating, and refreshing for people who are dealing with 15+ wedding vendors. We wanted to do something chill like local beer, a variety of wine, and two signature cocktails. We gave him the list and revised it once, and we were set (he really accommodated everything we asked for, within reason). For the day of logistics, it was all really straight forward. Wine Seller brought the alcohol to the venue on time and set it all up, and he even delivered some wine/prosecco to a hotel we were at earlier in the morning on short notice without a problem. 5 stars for Ben and the Wine Seller - a superb service!
