They also have an employee on site at all times to deal with any problems, which is a nice perk to ensure a flawless party. The space is simply stunning, with lots of windows letting in plenty of natural light, beautiful high ceilings and freshly painted white walls. It was easy to transform it from a workspace into an elegant and serene venue by adding high boys, linens, flower arrangements, balloons, and a few other personal touches. We were able to fit approximately 70 guests very comfortably, and the acoustics were great for our DJ and live band. The owner, Liane, was very accommodating. She reserved our preferred date for us, she maintained communication with our event planner, and she allowed us access to the venue the evening before the event to setup, which was extremely helpful. We were very grateful that we were able to reserve the space for a Sunday afternoon, when street parking would be free. Our guests had no difficulty finding the location or parking, and many commented on how beautiful the venue was. Oh, and there are several bathrooms-- all of them clean and well equipped for your guests (when I was looking at other venues, I noticed that is not always the case, but it's so important-- so I wanted to be sure to mention it here). If you're looking for a space to host your next event, be sure to check this one out. You won't be disappointed :)

I had heard of shared spaces but wasn't sure if it would work. I shopped around looking at various shared spaces and decided to go with Co-Lab. It was the best deal out of all the different co-working places. Miguel was very accommodating, loved the idea of having an IT person on site, and was able to set up a space suitable for my type of business. The best part is that I'm saving so much money running my business from here verses renting an office alone and adding up the cost of Internet, Office supplies, furniture, etc. Co-Lab is in a vibrant area with lots of businesses nearby. I've been able to expand my clientele just by being in this location and still maintain my existing clients. My clients even commented on the space, saying that it's such an improvement compared to my old location. They love that we can meet in a professional conference room, complete with white board, and flat screen TV. I no longer have to worry about printer supplies, internet expense, electric bills, high rent, it's month to month, no risk or commitment and the free coffee is a nice touch! When I was super duper pregnant I saw an article that a coworking space with childcare was opening in Chicago. My husband and I already worked from home pre-pandemic so I got incredibly excited, but was prepared for the location to be in the West Loop or somewhere like that. Nope! It was down the street! From the moment we went to the open house we fell in love. The space is incredible. Beautiful brick, new flooring, elegant light fixtures, comfy couches, tables, individual desks, pumping/meeting rooms, a kitchenette with high chairs, and an open play space for our baby. But lo and behold, it got even better! We obviously couldn't sign up right away since said baby was still in my belly. In the time that I had our daughter and we figured out how to become parents, Le Village added the option of private offices. My husband and I share 12' x 10' office and it is truly life changing. I love having our own little space adjacent to the coworking area. I've gotten to decorate it, our daughter has room to play, and we have a private kitchenette, bathroom, and conference room on our side of the house. The teachers we've had so far have been so kind and welcoming. They love our daughter, log her feedings, diaper changes, and naps on an app in real-time. I love that they change the activities up throughout the day so our daughter is engage. They are also very responsive to my naggy mom requests (do not let her sleep more than two hours!). We are so excited to be part of the Le Village community! The only downside is that we've only experienced it through a global pandemic so it's been a bit harder meeting people with masks on, but that means we're also being safe! Great precautions taken for COVID. I hear we're going to do some outdoor social events so we'll get to see our parent friends' faces for the first time. Imagine that!

It's a fantastic coworking space for those that are looking for a spot to do work that is well appointed, welcoming and community-focused. Their leadership sets them apart and rather than focusing on squeezing dollars from their membership - they want to build a helpful, strong and welcoming community for everyone. We have private desks which at the current rate is a steal for anything in Logan or other neighborhoods, but public space abounds for those not looking for a private space. There are conference rooms, phone booths and common areas that are all able to be reserved by their online system. I've been to a number of coworking spaces that are either incredibly pretentious or try so hard to be cool and edgy that they lose their purpose.
