This was my first time going into this library. I have driven past it and walked past it almost every day I never really thought to go in. I went in and started looking at the books and all that they have to offer. It's quite expensive. They also have video games and movies and CDs for checking out for up to three weeks and even then you can renew the book or city or video game and the best part is there are no late fees this would have been great when I was a kid. I always loved reading and re-reading my books and ended up having to pay late fees which my parents were not too happy about, but anyway, that has changed now, which is great at the entrance. There are books up for sale as well as puzzles and movies and all for no more than three dollars from what I saw. I did end up buying some puzzles because I love puzzles. Can't get enough of them the receptionist at the front desk was so nice and helped me get my library card. I continue to browse and ended up checking out three books and three video games for my Nintendo switch. I can't wait to go back and look further into what they have to offer. This is a great regional library. We were just walking the downtown area and wanted to stop in- loved the books and movies for sale in the lobby. Very helpful staff here and the building is accessible and clearly a hub for community activities. I look forward to visiting again! read more

Short review incoming. While writing about a library is likely not the most exciting, the Windsor Regional Library is still worth the love! When I worked in the area, I used to visit several times a month for book checkouts. It was a quick, easy, and painless experience. Their staff are always wonderful to interact with as well, which is great. On a plus side all the Sonoma County libraries allow use of checkout via digital format with your free card, so kudos to maybe tax dollars at work (Not sure). Sadly I have not been to it in awhile, but miss it when in need of the library! read more

This small library on the Windsor Green is very popular. It's a go-to place for local families, retirees, and pretty much everyone in Windsor. Although small, the library has a decent selection of fiction and non-fiction books; half of the library seems to be dedicated to children's and YA literature. You can also order books from other branches, and have them sent to this branch. Because it's so popular, it's not a great place to study. There's lots of talking going on, and you often have to share a table with one or two other people. If you're lucky, it won't be one of the old grumpy guys. They like to park themselves at one table for an entire afternoon and complain about politics to anyone within earshot. There is also no WiFi access at this branch, though you may be able to get Town Green Wifi access. read more

A small but well stocked library, fiction, non-fiction, magazines, periodicals, pretty much anything you would want to read and or research. We had booked a 15 day trip to China earlier this year, went over to the library and found several guide books that thoroughly covered our itinerary. Made a huge difference in not only seeing the sights but also knowing the history and often getting some helpful advice on when and how to visit each site, less crowded times etc. Had not been to a public library in several years but the staff here made it a friendly and enjoyable visit. Free wifi if you need it. You can bet I will be here again before our next trip. read more

Awesome local Libary on the town green I have been summer reading volunteer for the past 3 years. There are a lot of employees in and out of job positions just this last summer there was a new volunteer coordinator and a new staff member at the reference desk. There was some communication issues while trying to sign up for my summer reading volunteer position. Just this last summer I had summited my contact information several times and I was calling back numerous of times and I kept leaving my name and telephone number constantly with this very polite and very caring lady. I understand people get busy but it was a little headache but all work out AWSOME! read more
