Carrie, the hygienist who did my cleaning, was great. Gentle touch and pleasant demeanor. Not fond of the dentists. I think the place has gone downhill since the ownership changes. read more

From Savannah, the Front Desk, Kayla my Dental Assistant, and Dr. Ward ALL were wonderful. Highly recommend this office!!! Took time and explained my upcoming procedures and most of all understood my anxiety. read more

The first phone call I made last week to set up an appointment, I briefly talked to a younger sounding lady at the front desk who was very snarky and short with me and put me on a hold for several minutes and then never came back onto the line so I hung up. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. We all have bad days. 6 days ago I went online and set up a dental cleaning with Dr Jason Lindsey at 3pm for today for my husband. He showed up and the same lady was super rude to him. She said that he doesn't have an appointment. He left confused and called me. I then called the office again and spoke with her. She said "ya I don't know what to tell you. Dr Lindsey doesn't do cleanings and my 3 hygienists can't see him today." No "sorry for the inconvenience" or "could we try again and get you rescheduled" just "I don't know why that happened." Again, very rude and unhelpful. Being someone whose worked in customer service in doctors offices and hospitals... she's the first face you see and the first voice you hear so you'd think you'd have a more professional, helpful, maybe nice and friendly person up front. Anyway, we'll be going elsewhere. read more

Windsor Family Dentistry - Verified dental cleaning appointment. - General Dentistry Near Me - Windsor, Colorado

Being a new patient, I arrived early to fill out the usual forms. My appointment was at 1pm. At 1:15, after filling out the forms, the Receptionist informed me that everyone takes lunch from 1 to 2pm, and would I mind waiting until 2pm. Of course, my response was, "Why would you make an appointment for 1pm knowing that there would be nobody available to provide the service?" She could provide no reasonable explanation. Needless to say, I left and never will return. read more

I have had a good experience while I have been a patient, the only issue I have experienced is the loud, horrible music blasting in the break room. If music must be played in a medical office, choose an instrumental tone, not horrible pop music. read more

office manager is condescending and the front desk people change over so often no one knows what they're doing anymore.

The receptionist is the whole reason we will never go back. The dentists were fine, but the treatment we received from the main receptionist was terrible. She loses appointments, doesn't do the things she says she will, never apologizes for when she does something wrong, and never takes ownership for the mistakes she makes. She has no sensitivity when it comes to dealing with a patient with special needs. Then she will treat you like it was your fault that something went wrong. I'm sorry the dentists and hygienists take the brunt of her lack of professionalism. read more

I've been a patient for over 8 years and this place has gone WAY downhill over the last 3-4 years. They have an extremely high turnover rate. I have seen 4 different dentists. Some appointments there wasn't even a dentist on staff, just a hygienist. Within the last year I've had appointments that were randomly cancelled by the office with no notification until I show up for my appointment and they look in their system. No explanation was ever given. I've been asked to move an appointment, obliged and then had them call back and ask to move it to the original time. Most recently they made the appointment for the wrong day. I will be looking for a new provider. read more

I would recommend you find a different dentist. The office was very pushy and tried to get me to pay for x-rays that I did not need and we're not covered by my insurance. On top of that, they charged me for a comprehensive dental exam that took all the five minutes following my cleaning and charge me three times the allowable rate by my insurance company. read more

Made a new patient appointment earlier this week. I provided all insurance information as it was requested when appointment was made. Showed up to my appointment and started new patient paperwork and was asked for my insurance information which I provided again. The "office manager" informed me they couldn't find me in the system and so I opened my policy from my benefits page to only be informed that they in fact do not accept my insurance. When I asked why I was not informed of this when I made my appointment and provided my information, I was informed they use a call center and those people don't enter that information in the system. No apology, no Im sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. I told her perhaps they should remove themself as a provider with my insurance and I received a "Have a Nice Day.". Woman was not only dismissive, but rude. When I called later to ask to speak to someone about my experience, she answered the phone, so I'm guessing they don't use a call center. Whoeber owns this practice should be quite concerned with how your front end staff treats patients. That is someones first impression and regardless of how amazing the providers may be, there are just too many other providers to choose from. I would not only not recommend this dentist but will tell anyone in my neighborhood who will listen to avoid this office. Unfortunate as kindness and curtesy cost nothing and go a long way towards building patient loyalty! read more

A few things you need to know. First, their turnover in staff is high in regard to dentists and hygienists. Mostly dentists...got tired of asking where the last person was. Also, they will tell you they accept your insurance and that would be correct BUT they don't say they are not "in network" so you're paying a ton of extra money for being out of network. Or maybe they were initially in network but then went out of network and didn't bother telling you. It wasn't until I went to another dentist and asked why it was so cheap that I discovered this. Now, a long time after we have left they are billing us for a cleaning two years ago. I called and asked why this was now brought to our attention and was told it was new software. They then said if I paid $59 of the $400+ bill it would go away. I asked why they didn't bill insurance and they said we didn't provide it. Ha! If you've been there, you know they ask you several times per front desk visit about your insurance. So I gave it to them again and they were going to rebill. But instead we're getting text messages saying we owe them money. When we call, they say the appropriate person to speak with isn't in. Did their software scan potential old accounts to shake down? Still fighting this battle. Isn't there a statue of limitations on collecting old bills you suddenly find? They know it's cheaper for most folks just to pay $59 than go see a lawyer and that adds up pretty quick for them. One more thing - and look at my reviews- I leave very few reviews so it's not like we just do this without merit. I had an appointment right before a holiday and was running 5-10 minutes late. Thought I'd give a courtesy call but way wrong thing to do!! Just arrive late 5-10 minutes late. After all, THEY often leave their patients waiting in the lobby for more than 5-10 minutes. However, the office saw this for a reason to cancel my entire appointment which took me months to get with both schedules AND it was the last week of the year and so I lost my benefit allowance. Leaving for the Holiday have anything to do with it? We left the dentist the next day. read more

Very friendly staff and Dr.Roy was awesome! Went in to have a cavity filling and the experience was awesome. He walks you through each step of what he is doing and is very gentle. I had to get one shot and I didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend this place! read more

Friendly staff and Great doctor. Explained and walk us through everything. Most pleasant experience at a dentist I've ever had.

We called them due to emergency for my husband, and he was seen immediately. A few weeks later , I had a similar issue and was also seen immediately. Very friendly staff, the dentist we saw was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend , and not only in emergent situations. We will be back for general cleanings as well. BEWARE Do not use their Orthodonist!! They are only there 1x a month now. It's been a nightmare from the beginning. I thought they would work out their problems but it went from the doctor being there 1-2 times a week, to a different doctor and someone showing up just one time a month. They messed up our insurance (that should have been 50% of the total bill,) and did write that off after I complained. But at this point the care is so bad, we had to leave in the middle of treatment. It's going to cost us so much more. Even the dentist has changed every 6 months since the clinic was sold. I had always their care, and is great for getting our teeth cleaned with Tammy only, but I'm done with the rest. read more

I went in for a filling they charge me 189.00 and 78.00 to my Medicare. I called my Insurance they said it should have been 25.00. I called them and told them the next day they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get my refund witch is ridiculous. I had an appointment for a cleaning and canceled It. How many people have they done this too. Check with your Insurance. read more

Thank you Dr. Marin and staff! After suffering through numerous horrible dental experiences, we finally found you! You not only saw my son the same day (as a new patient even!) when he was having excruciating pain, but you did everything you could to ensure he was comfortable and taken acre of. This was a vast change from what our dentist of 5+ years had ever given us! You were professional, kind, and honest about what needed to be done in order to help fix the problems going on. Your staff was exceptional as well. the front staff was amazing and kind and went above and beyond to get us taken care of and also ensured my son could get in before the end of our insurance's yearly fiscal cycle ended. The dental assistant was phenomenal and helped put my son (who like me, has a very huge fear of dentists) at ease and even had him crack a smile or two. My son then went back for a deep cleaning and came out feeling very happy with his care. Oh, how I wish we had found you years ago! My whole family will be moving over to this practice and I look forward to many years of having beautiful smiles, thanks to your care! read more
