office manager is condescending and the front desk people change over so often no one knows what they're doing anymore.

Friendly staff and Great doctor. Explained and walk us through everything. Most pleasant experience at a dentist I've ever had.

I love Windsor Family Dentistry. They're very good at what they do. I drive over from North end of Fort Collins.

I am very pleased with this dental office. We moved to…read moreWindsor Co. and my husband found Dr Nielson right away. I was very anxious to go to a dentist for many reasons and I hadn't been to one in years. This dental office is very nice. Now I have had a lot of work done in the past 2.5 years. Dr Nielson is an amazing dentist. Very kind and he explains things thoroughly. Favorite dentist ever. Would recommend him to anyone. Also the hygienist Lexi is extremely good at her work. She also explains things well. I used to dislike having my teeth cleaned. Now it's not that traumatic. She's very good. If you need a dentist or need a different dentist, this is very worth checking out. I bet you stay!

(As a new immigrant, I was unaware this chain of dentistry has a terrible reputation.) My infection was so severe I was rushed to the hospital after my face became so swollen I looked like the elephant woman and I developed a very high fever. At the time I was rushed to the hospital, I had no idea this was even dental related. Upon discharge from the hospital, we immediately drove to Dr. Nielsen's office. When I walked through the door looking like the elephant woman, Dr. Nielsen immediately took time to see me. He invests in the newest state-of-the art technology and took 3D images to show the severity of the infection, refer me to a reputable endodontist and create a plan to get me back to good dental health. I was blown away by his compassion when he refused to accept payment for the 3D images he took of my mouth. Dr. Nielson has a compassionate heart and genuinely cares. I have since moved my entire family over to Northern Smiles Dentistry and will remain loyal to Dr. Nielson for as long as he is practicing dentistry. What makes his practice outstanding is the technology he invests in to offer services/produces in house. He even manufactures mouth guards in house, so the wait time is shorter than dentists who outsource that manufacturing service. I cannot recommend this dentist any higher. AAAAA+++++

I've been seeing Dr. Barry for nearly 25 years and trust him completely. Unlike other dentists who…read moremade me feel judged and pushed unnecessary, expensive work, Dr. Barry is honest, thoughtful, and realistic. He understands my dental challenges and takes a long-term approach, planning care over time instead of pressuring quick fixes. If he says something needs to be done, I know it truly does. He's gentle, highly skilled, fair, and upfront. The staff is consistently kind and accommodating, especially when something urgent comes up. Cleanings do need to be booked well in advance, but it's a minor inconvenience for this level of care. I couldn't recommend Dr. Barry and Dental Arts of Windsor more highly. On a scale of 1 to 5, they're a 50.

When Dr. Berry looked at the tooth he said that it may need a root canal or may need to be extracted. He gave me two places that can help me with this issue. I had an appointment a month after the fist consultation to get the crown in which I needed to cancel but after several calls to the office no one answers the phone and it goes to a call center. I left two messages and haven't received a call back. The call center suggested that I call again. This is ridiculous I will not return to them and will not recommend them to anyone else.

I never thought I would write a raving review about a dentist office... but here I am! Definitely…read morethe best find that I have ever discovered through a mailer. While the whole office was warm and welcoming, my dental hygienist- Destanie went above and beyond. From visually showing me the issues found in the photos to thoroughly explaining the needed procedure and process, to keeping me 100% pain free and comfortable...I can honestly say that this dentist experience was a pleasant one from start to finish! The front office staff even helped write out all the details so I could try to find the best insurance option coverage for what I needed. Overall my visits included some the best and most authentic customer service that I have ever experienced- honestly cant say enough positive things about this office and Destanie - I highly recommend it!!!

Edit: after reading the many many other negative reviews I will also say I experience predatory…read morebehavior as after my first cleaning the doctor recommended I get a crown which I thought was intense as I stay on schedule with leanings and such. It was a very expensive procedure and I am seeing a lot of other reviews saying how often patients are being told they need these extremely expensive procedures with little to no reasoning. I have been a patient for about 3 years, and recently things have gone extremely down hill. I would not recommend coming here. The front desk scheduling staff is incredibly difficult to work with - I am constantly met with confusing, rude, and apathetic interactions. I have struggled with TMJ my whole life, and per recommendation from Dr. Nassar I made the costly investment for Invisalign treatment. I felt during the initial discussion my questions weren't answered with assurance so I followed up and was able to meet with Dr. Nassar again who gave wishy-washy answers to my questions again. But after being in pain my whole life I decided to move forward with the treatment. The hygienist showed me the little fasteners that we're going to go on my teeth and on the model they were in the molars, and it was never explained to me that they would be on my front teeth. Surprise! Within the first week three of my fasteners fell off (I'm sure they're gonna say this is standard) and when I went back to get them on they're not even putting the other one back on because it's on a crown, and they couldn't clearly answer my question of what that means for my treatment if that fastener isn't there. Dr Nassar also had to file in between my teeth and now where it has been filed is a food pocket and extremely sensitive and upset gum. When I went back to get the fasteners on again and have them look at the issue with my gums the doctor didn't even come to see me or check on my gums. Ultimately I don't know what's going on in the office but it seems there is just constant miscommunication between Doctor and staff and between staff and schedulers, I am constantly being asked questions that should have clear answers if they just look in my chart or appointment notes. I cannot wait to be done with Invisalign so I can leave this practice.

Which was comforting leading up to my appointment. When I got there however it was pretty much my worst nightmare. The front desk was nice, and super nice when talking about all the options after, but during the appointment I was shuffled around and flatly told that I'm going to need dentures in 5 years. My teeth are not in horrible condition, so to think I was being offered an option to have them all ripped out and put in dentures at 38 was absolutely terrifying. I feel like he didn't believe I would stick with the treatment because of my anxiety or didn't think I could afford other options. But what he didn't realize is that I worked myself up for years to finally go to this appointment and I made a promise to myself to see this process through, and I would've appreciated a Dentist that supported that mindset with hope. I am going to my cleaning. I'm going to update my review as this process goes along. I know a lot of people out there have these same fears and it upsets me with this place claims to be so good with anxiety but handled me with little to no care.
