It was not super busy which meant I would be one on one with an eager salesperson but the girl I had helping me was actually a breath of fresh air! She was enthusiastic, but not over the top. She actually listened to my needs and never once steered me toward the scents or items that I wouldn't have been even faintly interested in. The service was quick, helpful and I was in and out without having a meltdown of sensory overload. Colour me impressed. While this store still isn't for everyone as most of their product are perfumed. I still use quite a few of their staples. I liked the layout and size of the store compared to the old white oaks one. However the new re-vamped white oaks one is bigger in size now than this one. They do now have competition for my dollar now though given Purdy Natural offers some similar products with less assault on the nostrils. If Purdy ever carried solid shampoos... well, another story!

More space equals more product options, which is good. Very enthusiastic employees, which is helpful if you need them, obnoxious if you don't. That's sort of the Lush way, though. In spite of the miscommunication, I left with the impression that staff here aim to please and I'd certainly consider a return visit. The location offers free parking and the RMT room is peaceful and relaxing. Note - the single bathroom offered for client use needs a new toilet seat! Ashley was fully booked but came into work before opening hours to do my hair. So accommodating!! That appointment was the best experience I had ever had with a hairdresser. Not only did she make my hair look amazing, regardless of the horrible shape it was in before, but she was so friendly and hilarious. We had awesome conversation the whole time.
